Physical visiting = no service and the receptionist refuses to help. Online website doesn't work as registration doesn't go through no matter what. Seems like they don't want me to pay my bills. Never seen anything like this.

Today I have issues n my store store , I call Toronto hydro and there is super nice female voice answer , she come me down and work really hard t fix the issue .Thank you Helen

The charges are ridiculously high.Even though I don’t use electricity much but at the end of the month they send me the highest bill I really don’t recommend this company to any one. Worst company they over charging every one. The real bill is around $40 but extra charges $60 total bill comes Over $ 100 in one bedroom apartment this is insane

They disconnected my power, so I called like two days , they keep saying send someone to fix that, from the morning to the noon, no ones here, so I make a call again, let me wait until evening. Lol. I’ve been calling like thousand times, they get my name wrong, and even think”I’m move out” disconnect my power. What a joke.

No accountability . No responsibility . Blame others for having a lousy third world electricity grid . Their chairman lied about his academic credentials but still kept his job!

Absolutely incompetent. Sent my mother to collections for a bill that they just called about after she had moved out of the place. There was some misunderstanding but once it was clarified she paid it right away. They are too incompetent to check before sending payments to collections. And who does that after only a week or two? Unprofessional company.

For a period of 58 days, my use cost was only $ 17.14.The total bill, however, was $ 117.41, this is insane. About 85% of the bill is made of extra charges! I am aware there is some initial extra charges, when you move in, but this is ridiculous. For example,the delivery fee for this period was in total $ 54.85, this is 3 times more than the actual use cost ($ 17.14)!Before the company reply to me again saying it is all aproved by the government, I am not questioning whether this is legal, I am questioning whether this is ethical.

The workers and company really all of them have low IQ. They are scamer where is the f…. Canada goverment there are no any control

hydro are the worstthey are thief they screw all there costumer.It is incrodable there delivery cost , are for me and I imagine for everybvody are in the same cituationtoronto hydre charge between 3 5 % to 50% for delivery charge.Example it cost me 36.40 $ for my erlectricityand they charge me for delivery is 44.80$I never understand how they could charge me so much.The logic should be a to charge a % of the quantity of electricity we use. more electricity you use more the delivery should be high.Example when you ship a small package is it cheaper then when you send a larger packageWe should stand up to get them to change the way they bill us. Stand up!

Toronto Hydro needs to be put in there place. Horrible company who doesn't care at all about there customers, they charged accurately for 2 months, after that my bill starts going to $300 for no apparent reason and im still using the same exact amount of electricity as i did in those 2 months. A bunch is scammers and thieves is what they are.
