Staff here at the westgate location are amazing. Very friendly and always willing to help be it with a question or a hand to the car with my purchases. Also their prices are very comparable with most other pet supply stores and stores like wal-mart

Probably one of the worst experiences I had getting dog food. This older woman named Susan refused me service because of an honest mistake. As I went to go inside the store, she stopped me and told me its ONLY curbside pickup. The way she spoke to me was extremely rude and unnecessary. When I gave back the same energy she gave me, she told me she wasn't serving me. She then proceeded to ignore me and serve other customers. Susan then called the police on me, because I received a call from the police asking me to give a statement shortly after. Even the police told me she is just a woman that gets worked up too easily. All I was trying to do, was get food for my dog. I will NEVER be returning to this pathetic establishment.

My husband was refused service for absolutely no reason by an employee named Susan that proceeded to have a breakdown on him. Someone else who was waiting to pick up food said she has done this to them before. We will never be shopping here again, absolutely pathetic.

Excellent customer service!! My entire house was sick with covid and ours dogs where almost out of food. The wonderful lady I spoke with was willing to drive to my house after she was done work just to make sure my fur babies had food. I appreciate your kindness and amazing customer service you truly are one of a kind.❤
