We were disappointed the first time they washed our RV but we decided to give them another chance. This time we had a real pro (Lee) and his helper (Jennifer). Would recommend them. They did a fabulous job! We would definitely call them again!

Need something cleaned and not sure what to do call J D to get the job done for you

I booked them for services and confirmed with them 3 different times throughout the week that the time available would work. I also took the time off work to clear my patio and garage in anticipation of their arrival.After hearing nothing from them for an hour after they we're supposed to show up I finally call the online number. The guy I spoke to (and confirmed with 3 times) had no idea who I was or if he was supposed to be at my address. This made no sense since we we're talking the morning of the day he was supposed to be here. He then gives me his supervisors number who tells me their truck is broken down and they cannot come by until next week...I am not writing a negative review because their truck 'allegedly' broke down (things happen I get that). It is the fact I have to call them an hour after they are late only for them to tell me they cannot come. Waste of my time and completely unprofessional.

Booked an appointment with them for a Tuesday two weeks away , after getting pushed three more days because of rain they rebooked for Friday.Friday - after they were late i called them to have them say they are a bit behind, then proceeded to block my calls and never get back to me !Why book an appointment in the first place !
