One of the better in the city due to what they select to keep in stock. Friendly staff. Often has lines because no self checkout so loses a star.

Avoid this Dollarama if you can go somewhere else. The workers are super rude and unhelpful. Don't reward bad business practices!

The sticker labels on the items I purchased all said $1.75 but when the cashier rang them up it came out as $2. I disputed and he got the manager to come out and verify. The manager's response was simply that all the prices have gone up in the store

Bad management, slow service. There are 2-3 employees just stocking up items" that are clearly not a priority. And leaving a whole line of customers at the cash register to one old lady. The poor woman

As good of a Dollarama as it gets. Excellent variety, big seasonal isle, and a checkout line that actually moves fast.

This store is now run by incompetent teenagers... they sale glassware, but don't have paper to protect it... When speaking with a girl, who claims is the manager and did not do her job well by ordering more paper before is finished, she refused taking paper from used boxes behind the cashier claiming that she needs to return to the supplier. It's a joke right?! From now on, my family and friends will only buy from all other dollarama around. Please don't support this kind of store, customer service is à must!

Spacious Store, Slow Checkout ExperienceI recently visited a really big Dollarama store, and while the store itself was impressive in terms of size and variety, the checkout experience left much to be desired. Despite a line of about 10 people, there was only one cashier available.The cashier did her best to handle the situation and called for assistance, but unfortunately, help didn't arrive until she had to call again after a frustrating wait of around 10 minutes. This delay resulted in a prolonged checkout process, causing inconvenience for customers.Although the store's spaciousness and wide selection of products were noteworthy, the understaffing issue at the checkout counter significantly impacted the overall shopping experience. Improved staffing and prompt assistance when needed would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.
