Had an issue with my order. They made me bring the pizza back that they got completely wrong, my kids were starving at this point, as we were already eating late. They took the pizza back that they made wrong and threw it in the garbage and re-made our order, wrong for the 2nd time. Ended up just eating the pizza. Was promised a phone call from the owner and as expected, no response. Huge lack of customer service in my point of view!!! Won't be back.

This place is something. They almost never have a single hot and ready in stock. It's always (that will be 5-7 minutes) in reality it's 10-12 mins. Defeats the purpose of having a hot and ready sign. None of the employee's are very nice". The one kid who works there

Horrible experience! Ordered online portal waited 40 minutes in the lobby without being acknowledged and almost 20 minutes after the order was due the guy at the counter finally said your order will be ready in a minute. When I asked why it took so long to acknowledge, he said they had screwed up the order and we're remaking it. A little customer service such as letting someone know right away that there is a problem goes a long way towards keeping a customer happy. No manager on duty I spoke with the manager via phone and was told because it was ordered through the portal there was nothing they could do and could not refund the money. Was told that the owner would follow up with me as I left my name and phone number. Stuffed crust pizza usually has garlic sauce on the crust the pizza was still not made right and was very dry. I will be following up with the owner as well as head office with this situation so that in the future maybe somebody else will not have this situation.

Went in at 3 o'clock pm on a Monday. There was one employee running the store alone. The wait was about 18 minutes which is perfectly acceptable, considering she was on the phone, four customers came in at once, and she was the only one taking orders and making the food.I think they should have at least 2 people at all times to decrease wait times.All that said, she was a very nice lady and apologized for the wait and the food was great.

If you want food within 10 min this is the place if you take wjat they got ready. Workers know what they're in there for. Pizza is not like pizza Hut but also the price is not like theirs.

I go in later in the evening and the food is always good, and the thinner employee (lady) with dark hair and younger is super awesome. She a bit quieter talker but so awesome young lady always brings smile to my wife and I's face. Awesome to have employee like that giving great customer service! Thanks!

Sept 05 2020 ordered 3 pizzas and wasn't pleased with them. The toppings are in big chunks they used to chop up in small dices pieces. Way too big pieces of onions green peppers. Also way too much spice on the BBQ chicken was way too spicey hot. Not good at all kids or teenagers don't prep or cook food right at all. Won't order from you again.

Judy at the counter is a grinch! Better know what ya want as soon as you walk in because if not you’ll hear all about it. Don’t go for lunch, nothing hot and ready. Food and service is awesome when the 2 moms are working. They lady’s always have food ready and it’s fresh.
