I had to return my bra, the customer service rep was awesome. She did it effortlessly, no issues. I needed a beige one but they only had black in my size. I took the black & will be back to get a beige one when it comes in. This was the store in Bramalea City Centre. Thank you for making my return easy, appreciate it.

The whole time we were in the store (around 6-7pm) this lady was looking at me an my friend with disgust and was acting very rude towards us while we were browsing. This behaviour continued until she realised we were paying customers and not just browsing and her attitude did a 180° and changed into a friendly helpful person.I thought this was unacceptable as you should treat all customers like they are paying customers, don't just treat the patrons who are making a purchase nicely

Went to get a new bra, but didn't know what size I needed after having lost some baby weight. Katie (I think that was her name) was super helpful and had such a bubbly personality! She recommended and brought me 2 bras that she thought would work best, and checked to make sure they fit right. I felt so comfortable around her and no judgements at all. I would 100% recommended her and this location.

Absolutely horrible. Came in and theres 4 sales reps all standing in a circle didnt say hello, didnt offer any help or even a measurement. They just ignored every customer and continued with their conversations.

I haven't been in here in awhile and I was pleasantly surprised!The ladies are super friendly and helpful, and they really have your best interests in mind when it comes to shopping for bras. Ashley was the salesperson who helped me and she was super easy to get along with. She was also honest about what would work best for me.Highly recommend coming here to get fitted for a bra and not feel uncomfortable with how you look, or how your body looks. They help all shapes and sizes feel confident, pretty and amazed with themselves.Ask for Ashley!

My mom and I went shopping two days after Boxing Day, and popped into the store. The Sales Lady, Kelsey, was amazing! She supported out shopping experience, without being pushy, and we above and beyond to make sure we found everything we needed. Phenomenal experience!
