Very slow, never get my Starbucks points right. When I order a coffee and also need reload money in my App, they reload the difference and I do not get my points this way, and they just do get it. Almost every time takes15-20 min to get a coffee because the system is not loading. :O

I enjoy the iced coffee and chia tea from time to time, the regular coffee is too strong for my liking unless I'm at home brewing my own. The Kayle chips are really good tho!

Wanted to write a review about one of the employees at the Starbucks in the Safeway on 13th, since he deserves some credit!Jetro is easily my favourite barista. He’s fast, knowledgeable, and makes each drink to perfection. Just wanted to make a public thank you and let you know you’re fantastic!!

Wouldn't even acknowledge when grabbing order. Didn't greet into store. Had question/request that couldn't get to ask as they continued to walk past even one made eye contact and turned head away quickly. Terrible customer service.

I know it's a Starbucks inside a Safeway, however this team never gets my order wrong, are always polite and prompt, and there is rarely a line up, due to their efficiency.Bonus: 2 Blocks from my place.

Tried to buy a bag of Christmas blend beans, a venti cold brew and a pumpkin scone. The sign on the beans said 30% off of holiday blend beans and holiday merchandise with purchase of hand-crafted beverage. They wouldn't give me the discount, claiming cold drinks weren't considered hand-crafted. For the small amount this would have saved me, they lost out on a $20 bag of beans. Asked for a refund. Their overpriced beans can go stale for all I care. Bad customer service.UPDATE: Two separate Starbucks customer service agents got in touch with me the same day to resolve the problem. They told me the employees at this location were in the wrong and they would be contacting the location manager. They have mailed a $5 gift card out to me. I've given them an additional Star in this review.

Honestly I drive across town and past at least 3 other starbucks locations, some of which even have a drive through, just so I can go to this specific location. The drive & getting out of my vehicle is worth it for the AMAZING service here.

Guys, you really need to hire people! It is Saturday, busy location, huge line and 1 barista who is awfully slow.
