Canada Post

The hours are 100% of my score. its very frustrating to have had a building fire Feb 2nd and have to arrange a way to get here in time. Its a 90min walk or two buses. Additionally if I were to wait for a car I can only get there for 4pm. I now only get my mail once every 2-3 weeks as that how often I can get there with that early end time. The location should be open to 5pm or have extended hours on a couple days a week to accommodate most of the working world population..

We have been having ongoing misdelivered mail issues for the past three or four months - we've only lived here in Abbotsford for five, so that's not a good record - which should go to our tenants mailbox. They have their own box, it is a legal suite, and although I've contacted CP many times via email or phone somehow they believe the error is not theirs. In fact I have a saved voice message from Les" who said he believed the regular mail carrier: that if there was any indication that the mail was assigned to the tenant [B or Bsmt or Basement] it was being delivered correctly. Then either the regular person is away A LOT

Working people need not fear their mail ever leaving this facility. 2:30 closing time? What is this? Our condo's mail is being sent here due to theft of the fob used by the posties. Can customer service become any worse? Why not send the condo's mail to the Shopper's Drug Mart which has a postal office and is just down the street? Do managers ever read these remarks? I hope so.

The staff at this branch went above and beyond to ensure an envelope was was delivered to the proper recipient. They didn't have to go to the lengths they did and we very much appreciate their effort. Stellar service. Thank you!

An officer not very nice and service was suck. I never heard there was update status ahead before their job not yet been finished. Officer Sherrean she wasn’t nice at all. Hours such a meager. Post office stuff not good performance for their own job.

I agree with the other reviews. Really quite shabby customer service. 8am to 2:30pm How in the world are regular people supposed to collect mail. They have to take time out from work. Seems to me Canada Post and their employees forget that they are subsidised by tax payers money. I have given 1 star quite simply because there is no lower rating

I picked up a parcel here and found the service to be excellent. They contacted me when the sender attached the wrong address and suggested I come to the sorting centre to pick up the package. First rate service. Canada Post service levels and value is way better than the competition. I would choose Canada Post every time.

2nd bad encounter: their delivery person will kick sround anything on your yard, even if it isnt in their way. Trying to communicate with their supervisor is horrible as she is extremy rude and will lie to you. Caught them on camera and she is still trying to tell me it wasnt them.If i could give a 0 i would. They are suppose to be delivering our mail, they rip open my mail, they damage my packages, they kick my door and irritate my dog, then try to blame my dog for barking back. Now how am i suppose to pick up mail when their operation hours are during my work hours? Now a single mom and the only provider is suppose to lose hours because someones employees dont like dogs? If they ever do answer the phone they are rude and make up a bunch of lies. This place should be shut down!

They will use any possible excuse to not deliver your mail, including the condition of areas they're not supposed to be in the first place, try to declare that you have moved when you have not, fight you about whether or not the stone path put there specifically for them to walk on is insufficient and refuse to deliver when it's raining, in B.C. Then, they'll get upset and dismiss you when you submit your complaints when they have any problems with your landlord. I haven't recieved any of my key mail and recieved no warnings until august, it began right as the outbreak broke out.
