Rob is great. I reached out to him in 2021 about a collision. With ICBCs changes he was able to help navigate and do an AD assessment before the rules changed. He also chased me down for 1.5 years as I was busy and this was not on my mind. Managed to get the full claim amount recommended in his report.

Rob was extremely helpful with completing a depreciation report which allowed me to receive a payout. He was extremely honest he took time out of his day to address my questions / concerns. I got into an accident and my vehicle was a total loss. The next step was for ICBC to determine an ACV for my vehicle. I had spent thousands of dollars on upgrades but ICBC refused to recognize the value of those upgrades. I had been going back and fourth with ICBC for over 9 months with little progress.I was referred to Rob by a friend and was told he might be able to help me out. Rob helped me out recently with my vehicle settlement claim with ICBC. I had a classic trailer fully rebuilt with all receipts and ICBC did not offer a fair value. They did not even come close to my declared value on which my insurance premiums were based. The two comparable they provided in their report did not match my trailer. My claim was escalated to a Manager and the appraisal Rob provided was instrumental in getting me the fair market value for my trailer. I did not have to take things further to arbitration.
