Had the best experience with Jenn and the Magpie team designing my custom anniversary ring. Communication was excellent, efficient and clear. In-person design experience and diamond selection was fun, easy, and informative. Jenn took the time to find me the perfect diamond within the parameters set even though there were challenges for her in finding the cut I had in mind. The ring is stunning, well crafted, and I highly recommend working with them for custom pieces. I’ll definitely be going there again!

Got permanent bracelets with my wife and I love them. Not only are they lovely and barely noticeable, I had no idea they were so generous with their offers to remove it for medical needs or rezap it if it breaks within the month.

My now fiancé went to the Rideau Centre location to find the most perfect ring. Kathy was absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful. She was able to get my ring sized in under a week! Super professional and kind sales representatives, and they truly seemed genuinely interested in our moment and making it perfect.
