With lots of parking available, we’re located near David's Bridal, Chapters - South London, and the Wine Rack. We are easily accessible via Montgomery Gate and Wellington Road. We ordered from Edo, cautiously optimistic considering the reviews were either very positive or very negative. We got the chicken teriyaki bento and a beef bento. This was a whooping 40 dollars. Insane price for takeout . We ordered through the website and requested spring rolls and gyoza as sides for one bento and the sushi for the other.. However we got just sushi... Okay I was willing to let that slide if the sushi was good. It was very bland, and not good... just boring. No love was there. The beef dish was just as disappointing and boring and the chicken as well. I couldn't even stomach the flavors. It's like my body was telling me something was wrong with the food. I'm currently making myself some dinner, as I didn't even want to eat more of this.I hope more attention is paid to the orders, or to perhaps ensure their website isn't buggy. Also teriyaki should not be bland. It is rich, salty, and sweet. I likely will not be back, unless it is to try their bubble tea... but def no hot food again any time soon...

I had beef noodles full which was amazingly good here. The place was pretty nice, vibing. Also, the guy was super friendly. I recommend the place for lunch as well as dinner. Overall a good experience! :)

I just moved into my new home and I decided to try out Edo Japan. It was my first time trying them. I ordered a beef and shrimp bowl over white rice with farm veggies (broccoli, cabbage, carrots) and 2 spring rolls. It was absolutely delicious! There was a note on the front of the delivery package from Edo Japan provided a phone number to contact the store, should there be an issue. I had absolutely zero issues. Food was all good and fresh. I definitely recommend them!

We found the food pretty good. I know others did not. The owner was there and he was maintaining quality. The price was high for takeout $47.00 for two people. The cost will likely keep me away.

Staff was friendly, and polite, aside from one guy who tried to argue with me about milk tea and needing to specify if you want to have different tea before you order... which I did when I ordered and was told it's not how they do things.- Tables were dirty despite nobody being in there.- Sushi was premade, prepackaged, and small for the price, and thus rather mediocre.- Gyoza was good.- Ramen was mediocre, though the broth was nice.- bubble tea" is

First time. Place was clean, menu was easily legible and straightforward, staff was courteous. It did take about 10 minutes for our two dishes, and there was only one other person there, but it was fresh and delicious. One of the staff even came over to see how everything was, not something you see very often at a fast food restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

An excellent place to dine in. Good quality of good. Our server was so kind & considerate. I am allergic to shellfish so she made sure that the grill was cleaned properly before the food was cooked. Food was cooked in decent time. Lots of people in the food joint. A wonderful visit. Will visit again for sure.

I ordered 2 small trays of sushi and the pork wonton soup with 2 drinks and was very disappointed. The total was over $50 dine in. The portions were small and flavours underwhelming. This franchise demonstrates the modern pursuit of profits, while lacking a passion for quality and value. It's not a good representation of the culture's cuisine. I feel bad for writing such a poor review due to the fact the owner is so involved and tentative of his customers, but with any transaction they are open for criticism. In my opinion, many things would need to change for this establishment to be successful, and earn my business. The average consumer isn't basic enough to repeat patronage. $50 dollars can provide many more lunch options with better food at a far more competitive price.

My first Edo Japan experience... Their food is so good. We ordered the teriyaki chicken and the teriyaki chicken bento box with California roll and shrimp tempura. The teriyaki chicken was made with the perfect amount of veggies, and the sauce was so tasty! I would recommend this to anyone looking for well cooked, hot and fresh meal. Also, the service was exceptional. The guys behind the counter were so professional and nice.
