Stay away! Went in a year ago and picked out our product asked if we needed to put down a deposit was told no. We returned this year once again confirmed product and was told no deposit was required. my wife sent in the drawings for a review and final quote 2 weeks ago. We were then told that they may not have enough product as they used most of it on a job that had put down a deposit? The owner basically called us liars as he said we never mentioned our island although he had the drawings. Was told today they dont have enough product to complete the job. I am not sure what they think costumer service is but its not what they are doing.

I purchased a head stone from these folks and everything went very well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am very pleased with my countertop which was installed by Bartlett’s Memorials Ltd. The price was very good and the turn around time from date of ordering until installation was one week. Great service and entertaining installers! I would recommend them.

I just saw an add on TV about memorial Headstones that you are advertising and I think your timing is very distasteful considering that there is a pandemic going on. I realize you won’t care what people think as you are only in this for the money but I see that you also sell granite kitchen counters. How much worst can your advertising get. I hope you go bankrupt over this when people see these adds. I would wish you good luck but there is no luck for anyone in this pandemic, not even you.

Beautiful granite but in hindsite I should have gone with a company that does lazer templating. Not happy with their service either....5 months waiting for warranty info and fixing problems.Update April 2022 and have never heard from them again about fixing my granite. I don't recommend them! Take your money elsewhere!

Wish we would have read reviews first and did our homework for checking places out. Had a granite counter top install. NONE of the corners are equally cut nor are any of the inside curves even. And the pieces do not line up properly. The more I look at it, the more I wish we had just went with Home Depot or anyone else.... Clearly they do not use professional tools or cutters for the job. First install had to be put on hold as the sink piece had been cut in reverse. High end $$$ for a mediocor/poor result. Have had qranite in a past home so know what quality should look like........Save yourself some time and money and look elsewhere. Will update with photos.

A know it all yet know nothing kinda place as far as countertops are concerned. Steer clear. Would not even get a headstone from them. Who wants that hanging around their head for all of eternity
