Neil provided a fast and reasonable estimate and completed a tough job promptly and perfectly, on time and on budget.I just called him again to repair some minor wind damage to my scary-high roof. We used Neil’s Renovations twice. First time was for eaves troughs and they were great on work, price and even came back to correct an issue. I was happy with this first job which is why I had no hesitation in using them for a second job involving windows.For this second job the siding guys did a stellar job, the window guy not so much. I would steer anyone away for work involving windows unless you have time to waste and want to do the cleanup yourself.I was both disappointed and exasperated by the uncooperative attitude of the guy subcontracted to do windows. I was given two dates by which the garbage was supposedly to be picked up by with no action.The garbage was sitting on our front yard and driveway for more than ten days after the job. I ended up paying someone else to cart it away.Not happy and not impressed.

I have to say neils renovtions was apleasure to deal with not only are he and his crew freindly and profesional they actually did what he claimed to do ! my roof looks amazing and was done with with expert finishi highly recomend his sevice

We had our Roof and siding done by Neil and his team. He gave us a 10 day time line and was finished on time with a day to spare. Neil was incredibly patient with my wife's indecisiveness ( much more than I was ) and provided us with many siding options and the pros and cons of each. We are extremely happy with the services that he and his staff provided us and he'll be doing the same for our next door neighbors in the next few weeks. Its nice to see a contractor that is on the job making sure that the job is being done right not a company that has someone selling a service and not around to see what's going on...then popping in at the end to pick up a cheque lol ! Great job guys!!!

I highly recommend Neil Renovations. Neil was very informative and helpful in choosing my roof. He is very honest and did a excellent job. I’m very happy with the results!!

I used Neil's for my house, garage and the addition.He was very helpful, knowledgable and amazing.

They installed the shingles just on top of old shingles and saying that they removed the old ones. But obviously can be seen from the sides.so i ask him to redo it, said he’s guy will come but always didnt show up couple times, last for 3 months. Still didnt finish. Until the next summer time i didnt stop calling at texting him. Then finally just showed up in our house (month of June which the job was supposed to be done last year month of August)without informing us his guy just showed up.He knew that we are first timer and young people, thought were not going to complain. promised to do this job for 4 days but last for almost a year, left the garbage on yard for couple weeks. hard to reach him if regarding complains, doesnt follow what was agreed, so many excuses. at the end, got no more response and not aswering calls anymore. the guys he contracted were not professional in roof renovation. we’re very disappointed and unhappy with this job done to our full roof renovation.Service provided is terrible.- leak became worst, he refused to resolved it.-flashing put iin chimney connecting the shingles is horrible (see in photos)-all vents in roof are covered, but put vent cap on the roof just for eyes only-his worker is not professional, on-and-off work, didn’t finish the job promised for 5days, last for a year and still lots of problems.-new shingles installed on top, he will not redo it if i didnt keep on complaining, didnt take down the chimney which included in our deal,-nails can be seen on shingle which should be under the layer of other shingles.-Screen gutters not installed but when i ask Neil he said he saw with his own eyes his guy did but when we checked some gutters has no screens.-after the job for couple weeks, i complain from the start but Neil just say “i will check” but really not concern at all.-always say they will come back until he didnt showed up anymore. then i message him again almost end of winter to finish his job, never answer my call and messages.-until heavy rain came and room was flooded with water when i message him then he replied that he will do something but the result of fixing the flashing was horrible. he turned his back when i went to his home & talk to him regarding the problems of his job-then i called inspector, all he can say is everything were installed incorrect, and didnt follow the Building code standars of installing the shingles.
