Ken and his team are amazing, I always refer people I know to them. They are trustworthy and honest, will tell you straight up if something can wait a while or if something needs to be done right away. Unlike chain stores like Canadian tire or Mr lube to they aren't going to try to upsell you on every little thing, but will tell you the truth and let you make your own decisions from there. I can't emphasize how amazing this shop is. The customer service is like no other. They are the only mechanic that I trust. I was told by a different shop, during a tire change, that my brakes had been worn down, leaving only 40% and that I needed to return after my trip to have them changed" which did not sit right with me

Update: my hubby went here and they had a bit of an issue with his old car. The owner was honest after finding out about it and fixed the issue. However, later I came in to fix my car cause my brakes were weird and jerky. I paid $800 to fix the car issues but it was exactly the same as before. Sad to loose an honest mechanic. Not many around.What a wonderful place. So upbeat and tells you exactly what needs fixing. So happy to have found a place that is excellent and honest. ❤️

The shop I work at recommended me over here for my truck as we had no space for any bookings. Can't recommend them enough. More than reasonable prices, utmost care for all vehicles and very honest with what needs to be replaced and what doesn't

Top level guys, very fair pricing, they did a job. For 500 all in when others were asking 800 plus tax, and Ken uses high quality parts.

I was referred to Ken by a friend. I was reluctant as I had many bad experiences with other mechanics at other shops in town. But Ken has restored my faith. He was amazing as he was super honest about what my car needed and didn't want to make any unnecessary charges. He also took the time to explain to me what he was doing and didn't talk down to me as other mechanics at other shops tend to. He was kind, empathetic, and patient and through. He and his shop went above and beyond! I can say i finally trust a mechanic! I'll be returning in the future, and from now on, I'll be telling all of my friends and family about this rare gem of a shop. I'm Mechanic too. I from Richmond moved to Surrey few years ago. I find it online Ken is owner with Excellent customer care service and his workers are Best Mechanic auto shop in surrey. Something happens to me. I can't service my wife's Van anymore. So that why I will find Best diagnostics professional, honest, friendly, reliable and funny no pleasure at all. Pricing fair and quality of work.Fix my wife's Van is very important, for safety my kids sit inside all the time in the Van. For me and my wife definitely will come back for service.
