Tom and every other employee there are absolutely incredible people, they'll get you in as soon as possible, treat you incredibly well during your appointment, and they accept direct billing! Century optical has been and will always be the go to for eye care! They treat you like family, have great options and multiple price points for frames! If you need anything eye care wise, they're the best in edmonton!

I was in for my eye appointment yesterday and I give this place 5 stars for their service. My son was helping me chose glasses and there was a specific style I was looking for and one of the girls brought a pair out from the back that she knew I would love, and the fact they were covered was awesome! The eye doctor was very thorough.. I've been going to Century Optical for a few years and I would personally never change locations! Thank you guys, keep up the awesome service

Went in to this wonderful place to get an eye exam. Cannot rave enough about the super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The kind eye doctors. Will definitely be recommending this place to any friends or family. Had many bad experiences at other places; this team have sure set the bar high. Thank you so much for the royal treatment.

Amazing with kids! Brought my young daughters in for their first eye exams and everyone in the clinic was so sweet and patient with them. They even let them try on glasses for fun while they were waiting to see the optometrist! Highly recommend for anyone but especially for kids.

Superb customer service! Last year I bought a pair of sunglasses from them but last week one leg just broken suddenly. I brought it back to the store and was hoping it could be repaired. The staff was very patient and offered to check with the manufacturer to see if they were willing to repair and replace. I got a call one week later and was told that unfortunately the manufacturer was not able to offer anything, but the store themselves would help me out here. They asked me to go in and select a new pair of frame for less than half of the price I paid originally . At first I thought they would just install my original lenses to a new frame as they were prescription lenses, but to my surprises, they offered a new pair of sunglasses with brand new lenses because my original lenses wouldn't fit perfectly with any frames they carry currently. From my very first visit to the store, I've always enjoyed the services and products. This latest experience made me feel they have gone even above and beyond. It is rare to find businesses that are willing to do the righter" things for customers nowadays and Century Optical is definitely one of them. I highly recommend this place to my family and friends!"
