DO NOT GO WITH THEM. TRIPLE BAD EXPERIENCE.Had made a reservation for a move a month in advance, was told it's all good, then I call back around the 26th to confirm everything and they hadn't booked any reservation, they were extremely rude, never told me I needed ANOTHER deposit to book a second move (I had just used their services to move late June). I also paid a storage July & August & September. The receptionist never mentioned any required deposit to complete the reservation. So I'm stuck searching a moving company available for the end of the month (there aren't any) . Lots of stress and lots of negative feelings that weren't welcome.And then the boss tells me he will arrange something for me, so either 30-31st. My mom waited the whole day at my appartment since I had to leave town early. They never showed up. They were supposed to call before showing up, I even RE CONFIRMED BOTH CELL NUMBERS to the RECEPTIONIST and we received no call. Apparently, they showed up and there was no one. They said they tried calling but neither of us received any phone calls. Another unnecessary stress. Had to contact an employee on a private social media account for him to help me because he's the only competent person there.So finally HE and HIM ONLY helped me. MERCI FRANC SERVANT.oh and also, i was receiving phone calls because my payments wouldn't go through but they didn't put in the proper card information.They never called me back when I called to say they did a mistake about the numbers and no one came. Never called back. I'm still paying a storage there 200$ a month and they're incapable of being polite and respectful. I think I deserve 2 months of storage for free, for compensation. Anyway I leave this review hoping it will help you to not do the same mistake I did when I trusted them with my moves.

Im giving this moving company a 3 star rating as I wait and see if my complaint is dealt with soon ... as I wait and see if I change my rating to a 5 or 1 star depending on the outcome.My next door neighbor moved using this company a few weeks ago. When the truck was pulling out of her driveway they used my driveway across the street to turn the truck around and in doing so rip out my cloths line as the truck pulled in and out of the driveway. No one mentioned anything to me, when I came home from work to find my clothes line ripped out its another neighbor who came over to tell me that he saw the moving truck himself as they pulled in and out of my driveway catching the clothes line in the prosses.The next day I talked to my ex neighbor, now moved out, and asked her if she could see about having my clothes lines fixed. She said it would be no problem and that she had payed for insurance for the moving service and that she had to put in a claim for other small damages that occurred during the move.Weeks later no news ... I call her again and she says that the moving company is not being very helpfull and that they seem to be giving her the run around which seems sad to me as she is a little old lady.So I decide to call the company myself and see if I have better luck. 1st attempt seems fruitful. The lady I talk to is very courteous, takes down my info, reassures me that they have handy men type employees who deal with these small issues all the time and tells me that the boss will call me back.24 hrs later ... still no call ... I call back again. This time I get another lady on the phone who is not quite as courteous as the 1st one. She doesn't seem to say that I would be entitled to any time of claim, that it should have been done within 48hrs of the move. I told her that my Ex neighbor was taking care of it I though at 1st shortly after the moving date, but that after having no luck she seemed to have given up.The lady on the phone told to to hold the line and that she would put the boss on, 2sec pass, she comes quickly back on the line to tell me that ''the boss is busy, he is in court''I am told that he will call me back and I am still waiting.We will see how this plays out and if ''Déménagement Gatineau'' will help me with my little problem caused by their move next door.I will keep this post as 3 star as we ''wait for the verdict'' ... :-/

Crew was very helpful and carrying about our stuff so not to break it

Friendly service, though charged us over double our quote upon completion.We requested a quote for moving 1 washer and 1 drier.On the phone, we were quoted $115 + $25 + $86.25, for a total of $226.25, and agreed to this price. No electronic quote was shared.No conditions were mentioned.Upon completion of the job, we were told they needed to charge $524.46, as 3-hours was the minimum they could charge for a job. We were never notified of this condition before this point. No written record of this was shared with us until after the job was complete. No verbal mention of this was ever brought up.I called the manager four times over the week to resolve the issue. I was always directed immediately to voicemail, and never received a return call. Upon calling customer service, they relayed that the manager (Tony) refused to refund any portion back.Disappointed in their avoidance in addressing our concern.Will pursue what legal options are available.

Excellent service. We were very impressed by Francis and his team (Marc-André and Max). They were careful and considerate of our things and even successfully moved our piano down an awkward staircase. We would use them again and highly recommend them. The price and estimated time was exactly as quoted.

Demenagement Gatineau Plus. I used this company, a week ago to move into my new house. They did great job. You can use this too. You won't regret it.

After the phone call I just witnessed between a customer and the owner of this company, I'm disgusted by the way he( owner) treated , the customer. Completely unprofessional.Not taking responsibility for damages caused by his workers and calling the customer a liar!Then towards the end if the call, pretends to not speak English after speaking it 3/ 4 through the call .unprofessional.

We used this company to move last week. They were excellent.Carl and Adrian were both very polite and really pleasant.They were very hard workers and didnt waste any time. They new exactly what to load first and when the truck was loaded it looked like a jigsaw puzzle they had put together. Not one thing was broken.Thank you so much for all your hard work boys.Cloey and Deedee

DO NO USE THIS COMPANY EVER! Not only did it take 2 days for them to deliver my belongings from a 10x10 size storage unit less then 30min away, with 2 guys showing up between 8-10pm each nite (noting no one ever called to notify me of anything, I had to make several phone calls over the two days to find out that either the driver walked off the job, orthey took too small of a truck, or they needed another day, no one ever said a word to me, while I waited around for them!!) They were originally supposed to show up Monday afternoon only as per quote. This company has continued to help themselves to my credit card making multiple transactions for large amounts with no consent or permission on my part, and no receipts, phone calls, any communication or invoices on their part (noting the transaction amounts aren't even the same as the initial quote) This company committs fraud, will treat you like garbage, and that's when you can get a hold of someone, and will damage your belongings! STAY AWAY and spend your money on a better moving company, this one is a rip off, even their own employees walk off the job!!

I recently used Déménagement Gatineau for my move and I couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and friendly.Before the move, they provided me with a detailed estimate of the costs involved, which was very helpful in planning my budget. They were careful with my belongings and made sure everything was packed securely.During the move, they communicated with me regularly to let me know the status of the move and to answer any questions I had. They made my move as stress-free as possible and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving services. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were truly top-notch.
