Horrible receptionist, very bad experience makes clients feel like they’re stupid. Would not recommend this place completely horrible experience, and I didn’t even get any dental work done. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Find a dentist that actually cares about their clients.

My experience with Dr. Pulver was straight forward, very professional and to the point. He explained the procedure and assured me no major discomfort. I made two visits the wait time was short for both consultation and surgery which went extremely well. I am almost healed thankful for the work Dr. Pulver performed after a major problem and infection I suffered at another dental office.Dr. Pulver is highly recommended.

I couldn't even set up the appt. I don't know if they have a new receptionist, but omg, she is so rude to answer the phone!

I was in severe pain due to an infection from a bad root canal. My dentist couldn't find anything on the Xray so he referred me to Dr. Wolfson. After having a CT Scan, Dr. Wolfson found out what was wrong and took care of it after weeks of suffering. Dr Wolfson was extremely helpful, caring and responsive. He answered my emails and took care of my concerns almost immediately, even on weekends. He even called to make sure I was doing alright and sent prescriptions to my pharmacy on his day off. Haven't seen many doctors that follow up with their patients like this. Thank you Dr. Wolfson.

I was very apprehensive about the procedure I was about to have done to eliminate an infection. Afterward, I had no pain when the freezing wore off and minimal swelling. After 7 days I was 100% heeled. I'm am a professional when it comes to my work and I appreciate working with other professionals that are very skilled at their profession. His staff are efficient & courteous.Thank you to the doctor & his staff.

The communication in this dental office is just poor. The receptions were ok, not amazing. The blond assistant (I believe her name was Eva), was unfriendly, unprofessional, and ignores your questions on purpose; not to mention that her attitude was unpleasant the whole time my family and I were there.Dr. Pulver might be skillful, however, he was not representing himself in a way that's kind or understanding. We walked out of the office felt like everyone working there has a miserable life based on how we were treated.I wouldn't recommend this dental office to the people I know.

Worst experience. Employers were rude to each other. Waited over 45mins, staff is unorganized called my dentists to get my x-ray in because their staff could do a simple call. Dr. Pulver saw me for 5mins - paid $195 for a quick look. I didn’t go ahead with the procedure - I don’t trust people that are rude to one another and unorganized. Listen to your instincts.

In my almost eighty years of experience with dentists, Dr. Wolfson is without a doubt the most talented and sensitive to his patients. He does charge a hefty fee but the quickness and skilfulness by which he treats his patients is outstanding. Yes, he does take two sessions tp complete his root canals. But, as states my family dentist with enthusiasm, the root canals of twenty plus years ago are stll in excellent shape. Not one of the dozen or so pieces of his work have needed to be redone. Moreover, his two standard appointments were painless and confidence producing. Some complaints were made by others about support staff in Internet reviews. I never had the slightest complaint about their dedication and cheerfulness. By the way, I have no personal connection nor any self interested reason to exaggerate my comments. Dr pulver is excellent, professional, and does a fantastic job. Two other dentists I have been to have commented on the quality of his work. Staff is great, no waiting. Highly recommended.

Dr. Factor is a master of the root canal. It was over quickly and somehow no pain after at all.
