First time at this location. Everything we ordered was delicious. Portion sizes were good. We went just after lunch hour but the place was still busy. The hostess looked like she didn't want to be there and was more keen on looking at her phone than attending to customers. Out of the 4 wait staff, only the older ever smiling lady seemed to be running around and getting things done. The rest just didn't seem to care. Service was really slow. We got our food nearly 45 mins after ordering. Think we'll pick another location next time.

The place was packed on a Sunday.The Mexican breakfast was pretty good. Solid 4/5. Good portion size.Carrot cake was probably the best I’ve had in Winnipeg. 4.5/5 portion was humongous.The cappuccino was average. 2.5/5 and would not recommend.The servers were attentive but didn’t come to ask us if we needed anything more.The tables were clean.The chairs were comfortable. I would prefer a little taller chairs though.The washrooms were locked and I had to wait to get access.Overall a solid 4/5.Would go there for a quick brunch.

This was our first time here. We never been to any Stella before and seems like servers were not familiar with someone visiting the restaurant for the first time. We entered the restaurant and were asked immediately what we want at the front door counter. We ordered from the takeout menu which at the time we didn’t know that is a takeout menu and as soon as we ordered we asked the lady if we can sit in the corner. She did not asked if we want to dine in rather she suggested to sit beside the front door. We assumed that it was a self service that is why she asked us to wait until the food is ready. She made the coffee and handed it to us and we again asked if we can sit inside. She said yes. However, when we sat inside another server came to take the order and we told her that we already ordered and will eat inside. Then someone from kitchen came to us to verify if we want the food inside. Let her know yes and she said next time order inside which was little rude as we told at the beginning that we want to eat inside and were never instructed how to do so. They did not offer a plate for the croissant. After they give us the sandwich we asked for water and then they served it. The lady who served us the sandwich was super nice though. Too bad I didn’t get her name. Table was not clean. Always heard nice things about stella from Winnipeg people but had a very disappointing visit.

As an pilot, I miss having the Stella’s at the airport, but happy to take the walk to this location when I’m staying in the city.A nice cozy vibe in a lively location in Winnipeg. Friendly service and bottomless coffee compliments this eccentric but interesting menu with a very unique Salmon Eggs Benedict on the list. Hard not to return here for brunch every time!

I went here for my brunch. Vibes are damn good, ngl i had the best COFFEE ever in my life. I got two refills, low key I wanted more but i was full by the time.I came here with my friend suggestions, and tried the Mexican breakfast.. ❤️ that’s one beat in a heart, flavours are amazing and definitely a mood lifting breakfast. I loved the representation, ambience and the staff are super friendly. Definitely going again… ❤️

Love a good coffee place! It's definitly different than the usual coffee chains and their breakfast, lunch menu and pastry bar are mouth watering... A bit pricey but the friendliness of the staff makes it all worth it!

10/10 food! Loved that they had vegan and plant based options the portions were large and we took some to go!Our waitress was nice and attentive but lost a star for this experience:Four plus wait staff congregated at a table near us and gossiped about other staff members, argued at a volume that we could hear the entire conversation loud and clear.Bathrooms were in the building next to the restaurant which you had to be buzzed into

service was great, but the “to share” meals that we were told would be good enough for 2-3 people really only felt like enough for one MAYBE two :( poutine was great, and the salad that came with the chicken tacos was really good
