Great job done by two hard working young men. Most difficult item they removed was a very large deep freeze from our basement. We will be using this company in the future. The office staff I spoke too were very helpful and friendly as well.

The 2 gentlemen that came to remove the photo copier from the basement were very careful not to damage any walls or the railings. Great communication from the booking, the follow-up as well as during the removal.I would highly recommend using Just Junk and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Last time customer. Booked online, anticipating 25$ discount and 10% driveway discount on 1/4 truck load disposal (per the booking website ) . Surprised by onsite team saying that sectional sofa has a fixed price (not advertised), neither eligible for pricing advertised at booking, nor the driveway discount. Ended up paying at least 50% more than had been estimated at booking because I needed it taken care of, but will never be using this company again. Lot's of competition out there, this kind of price bait and switch is not sustainable.

The pick up team was very nice and professional. The two guys picked up my home reno garbage pile and were done in 5 minutes.I'm so happy with how easy the company is to work with. :)

The young men that arrived at my home were very polite gave me an estimate in two minutes and had everything up and out in under an hour.I would definitely recommend this company if the need ever arises I will use them again.
