I picked up my car recently and Amaly was the most helpful and kind person ever. She took the time to go over the paper work with me, and explain everything properly. I wasn’t hesitant to ask questions or anything because she was super friendly and thoughtful! She made it one of the best experience of my life. Thank you Amaly !!!

Had two less than desirable experiences with servicing, once over charging me for part installation and two for quality of work completed on vehicle. Chose to return a third time in case past two experiences were “flukes” however today was strike three with customer service failing to honour appointment time which had been confirmed by email. If you are looking for a solid customer service experience, this dealer may not meet your expectations.

We purchased two used vehicles from Bel-Air. Both are excellent and prior to purchasing, Bel-Air provided full disclosure on the previous owners and the servicing history. Knowing this family for many decades (as far back as Montfort St in Vanier), I strongly believe that they would not sell any used vehicles with a questionable history. Thanks again for your honesty and quality used cars!

We had a great experience dealing with sales representative Bruce Moss right from the beginning. We traded in a Chevy truck and received a great trade in value against the 2023 Toyota Tacoma we bought. All of our requests were done no questions asked. Overall a great experience with this Dealership and its employees.

Unfortunately, very poor customer service.2019 toyota tacoma owner. A/C clutch is siezed, and have been without A/C in my vehicle for 2 weeks now. Expected to get fixed in 2-3 weeks from now.-dealer is very quick to present a bill, even though none is required.- customer service ends, as soon as you drive the vehicle off the lot.-dealer blames everything on toyota canada, even though dealer has alot of pull when it comes to fees/charges for warranty items.-i have reached out to toyota canada, and they said to contact dealer about issues. so its basically a back and forth game.Thanks Toyota.

Wednesday went in to test drive a used car. On Friday we worked out a deal over the phone, was late in the day and I asked if I needed to put deposit over the phone to hold the car as i live 45 mins away and could only show up on Saturday. Was told that was not necessary, that they wpuld hold the car and I would get a call should someone else express interest in the car. At this point, I understood we had a verbal agreement to buy the car. So far good experience.....Saturday, I texted an hour before I was going to show up to sign the papers and process the deposit. I showed up at 4:52pm only to be told the dealership was closed (closes at 5pm), he wasn't there anymore, and to boot they sold the car earlier on in the day.I asked why I wasn't called as agreed to the previous day, and was told that he thought I was going to show up earlier in the day, and because he didn't hear from me, it was sold. I reiterated that he said he would call me if someone else was interested, and he responded that was only for yesterday".....So

I don't usually write 5 star reviews but Bruce Moss at Bel-Air Toyota is deserving of this one. I didn't hold out much hope we would find a newer, used Rav4 in this post pandemic market. But, we stopped by Bel-Air and spoke with Bruce. Professional, knowledgeable, no pressure, and great results. He found us a Rav4 even better than what we were hoping to find! We picked up our new used car last week; Bruce walked us through all the features, no problems with the process from beginning to end. Couldn't be happier with our experience at this dealership.

I had a fantastic experience with Ken Elford buying a used Toyota. When I came to the dealership (2023) I expected to just learn the wait times for the new models and perhaps order one. But I was surprised to find a recent used vehicle for sale in the model I wanted. The employee I was speaking with introduced me to Ken to talk more about it.Ken knew a lot about the vehicle and looked up anything he didn't. After a test drive and a look over, we made a deal and Ken made the process enjoyable. Everyone else at the dealership was friendly and helpful and made the visits pleasant.
