Good service

I’ve been going to Ideal Dry Cleaners for almost ten years and I’ve always had exceptional service. Plus their prices can’t be beat and they are very quick!

I asked the woman to put a quarter inch hem on the sheer overlay of my mother of the groom dress. Told her specifically I wanted a very professional machine done look. What I've got was sewing that is all over the place, almost missing the hem itself in many places and jig jagging. I could have done better myself at home and wished I would have now. What a waste of $33 dollars. Take my advise and try somewhere else first. Pity I was in such a hurry and left without really looking.

Went to drop off laundry service(wash and fold). Was going to charge me $60 for 1(one) medium sized laundry basket. London rd dry cleaners(closed for holidays) does the exact same laundry for $15 dollars!! The guys reasoning was “we are short handed”. Place is a scam! DO NOT USE! Avoid like the plague

RUDE!!! I will NEVER return or recommend!!! EVER!! I have been a customer for over 20 years, so this experience is a real shame! It all began when I picked up my dress that had been altered. When I got home and unwrapped it I was surprised to find it was very wrinkled. I called and spoke with a gentleman. I explained the situation and he agreed to have it pressed on a “ complimentary” basis. I thought it strange this was “complimentary “ as would have thought this would be part of the alteration service, but it wasn’t a problem, so I returned it to the store. The REAL PROBLEM began when I picked up the dress for the 2nd time. This time I checked the dress before I left. I was surprised to see It still had creases. Again I asked to have it pressed.. This time I dealt with a “lady” on the front desk.. In front of 2 other customers .. I was rudely “reminded” that this was complimentary ( which I now think must be “code” for substandard work) I advised I was wearing the dress to a wedding and that I was now running out of time ( keep in mind this is now approaching 3 weeks that they had the dress). Reluctantly it was taken to the back and re-pressed. A few minutes later, when it was being re-bagged in front of me I noticed there was now a small stain on the front. Have to say that by this time I couldn’t believe it and was really not sure what to say or do. I pointed it out to the lady who immediately and defensively stated in a loud and rude manner that she “guarantee’s “ it wasn’t them. With great effort to remain calm and polite I asked how such a claim could be made, given the fact that by now so many staff had actually worked on this dress. I also asked what they were able to now do about the stain? I then decided that as this lady was so objectionable and any form of discussion was quickly going downhill that it would be best to just leave and resolve with another dry cleaner.

Friendly owners and good, quick service. I’ve used them a few times in the last few months and I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need dry cleaning!

Took shorts in for hemming, was very specific that I didn’t want the stitching to effect the logo in anyway. Went to pick up and have never seen stitching so jagged and uneven. It was up and down throughout logo, to top it off they tried saying it’s where I pinned it which they did. $40 shorts ruined!

Very trustworthy! I had a $100 bill in my suit that I didn't know about and they returned it when I came to pick it up.
