We had the pleasure of working with Lauren Deroche while looking for nearly two months for our new home, and the entire process was made stress free. Lauren was always available for a showing, communicated quickly and effectively to both us and the landlords; it truly was a great experience. I cannot imagine how this would have ended up without the amazing help provided by Lauren. For our next home I will 100% working with Lauren again.

My friend just went in to drop off a cheque for her first house. The people working there were happy for her and the place was kept quite clean and safe. There is a surprisingly large nmber of parking spots. Also if you had an appointment there arounda meal time there are plenty of plcaes to choose feom to eat.
