Pebbles and Piaget Early Learning Kingsway

My first child started attending Pebbles (when it was Academics PreKindergarten) in 2019 and now my second child is attending there as well. I have nothing but positive things to say about its management, admin staff, teachers and chef. I know my children are being well taken care of by their teachers who take the time to tell us how their day went and often want to work with us to improve our children's experience at school.Ori has been amazing since we first met her and is one the hardest working people I have come across - she came back from maternity leave early to make sure Pebbles continued to operate smoothly. Their commitment to the families is unwavering as they opened throughout the pandemic and increased cleaning frequencies and made policy changes to ensure its staff and students would feel safe in its facilities.We truly appreciate Chef Albert and his commitment to feed our children - they LOVE his food! My older one has said that his scrambled eggs and french toast are THE best.Recent events have resulted in confusion and frustration in parents who voiced their concerns to management. They were receptive of such concerns and immediately offered to meet for further communication. They acknowledged that communication could have been better from the start and gave us answers that we were looking for. I was appreciative of the fact that they were willing to i) own their mistakes in handling the matter and ii) meet with parents immediately to have face-to-face communications.All in all Pebbles Kingsway is a wonderful community made up of people who want the best for the children attending it.

We've been attending this daycare since 2018, when it first opened under a different name. My first started and graduated from it, and my second is still there. We know management since the opening because they have been fairly good with communication and attending to matters. They have gone above and beyond in making sure the daycare and space have been centered around the children's wellbeing and development.In 2020, they paused a fee increase as a result of the pandemic. They remained opened during the pandemic when it wasn't required.The most recent cost increases has been expected due to the economy. The fact that this daycare has kept two studio rooms for indoor use during extremely hot smoky days or frigid days has been appreciated. The management could convert those rooms to classrooms, forcing kids outside to run around, but they choose to instead to find other ways to keep afloat. The management has communicated to those parents who have been interested that the optional fees were a necessary step to help stay afloat in the face of rising costs, and given the circumstances, it's completely understandable. Seeing bad press and knee-jerk reactions from other parents who don't seek to understand but instead accuse emotionally has left me a bit baffled.- Great chef, when he was on vacation, the kids ate more at home (and less at daycare)- Good teachers- Safe space- Security and reporting are adequate- parking is terrible at peak times and if other patrons of the centre don't respect the reserved daycare spots

My son has attended this daycare from 2019 to this past August. Since he was a baby, to kindergarten, they provided the most suitable & loving education and care, and my husband and I were able to quickly give them our trust which later grew into so much appreciation and respect. Now our daughter at 18 months started this past September here and we’re excited to start our journey all over again. We are ever so thankful for the management team and the staff. Thank you Ori, Jonathan, Chef Albert and all the teachers!

Our time since 2019 at Pebbles has always been positive. We appreciate the care and attention provided by the teachers so that our two sons are able to thrive. They're always well fed because the on-site chef always makes the best food for them (unlike at home where we have to fight them to eat!).The management has set up an environment that is beyond what is expected in the care of our children (where they've spent extra on cleaning since the pandemic and provided extra flex spaces that could easily have been filled with more classes). Most importantly, they are willing to listen and hear the parent's out and make the appropriate decisions if there are concerns.

Pebbles is amazing. They have a certified chef and our kids love their food. No picky eaters here! The teachers and management are amazing. You leave your kids to people who you feel like are second parents to your children because they genuinely care for your kids. Many people say, nobody will look after your kids and care for your kids like you do". But pebbles truly does. It is on the pricey end

My daughter has been at the daycare since 2019 and was potty trained by the amazing ECEs at Pebbles. My son started there earlier this year when he was still learning to walk.Pebbles and their staff has been there and been responsible for many of our kids milestones. We can't be more thankful for how they teach, nurture and educate our kids.My daughter is the pickiest of eaters and the in house chef is the only reason she could even be bothered to try different foods.Our kids love it here and we as parents can rest assured that our kids our provided the utmost attention and care.

Great daycare led by a team of professionals.Jonathan, school manager is very professional and take good care. Ori, school director is one of the most carrying people and provides amazing support and oversight since the days she was running this location.Teachers are positive, professional and give kids the best.

When my daughter started Pebbles in 2019, I was a nervous wreck, but I was immediately put at ease with all the management and staff there. On my daughter’s first day, Ori took the time and effort to call me just to let me know that my daughter was doing well at school! My son also started here in May 2022, and Jonathan also took the time to call on his first day to reassure me everything was going well. Little details like this truly show the quality and service that Pebbles provides. All of the teachers at Pebbles have been nothing but friendly and kind, and they all genuinely care for the well-being of our kids. Now that my daughter has graduated to Kindergarten, she still asks about her old teachers and misses them all dearly. We are so thankful to the management and staff at Pebbles for creating such a wonderful atmosphere at the school and within the community.

Our son has been going to Pebbles & Piaget since March this year and we have nothing but positive things to say about the institute.Curriculum - Well thought-out, our kid has been learning new things everyday. We love listening to the songs and stories he learns at daycare.Educators - Educators and kind, patient and compassionate. Our kiddo is very fond of his teachers.Facility - Facility is clean and includes two indoor playrooms which comes in very handy during extreme weather as kids have more space to play outside of their classrooms. The parents brought up need for more toys in one of the playrooms and daycare was quick to react. We are mindful of the fact that these rooms could be converted to classrooms but ownership is choosing to put the interest of kids over their profitability.Food - Great food, they have in-house Chef that makes delicious meals and snacks on site.Management - Ownership and management are very responsive and care deeply about the quality of care provided.Daycare was recently approved for subsidy which was very well received by the parents. The reality of inflation has led to an increase in the tuition and optional costs which are understandable but has generated a lot of negative reviews which is disheartening to see. We are happy to support the daycare during this time as we have complete faith in the intentions of the ownership and management.

We’ve been with the daycare since they first opened in 2018. Nothing but great things to say about the people that run this facility. My kids always look forward to going there everyday and it’s reassuring as a parent to know that they are well taken cared of. Also, the management team, chef and teachers are amazing. They really care about the kids. The curriculum is also well planned and helped equipped my oldest for kindergarten.
