I do not like how I have to pay cash instead of debit to one of the cab drivers. I believe he is stealing from the company by doing this. He is Punjabi accent

Company closes down at 8pm. Would have been nice to know before calling a few times. Says no where that they close down this early !

I respect the service they work so hard to provide for the community, however dispatch was undeservedly very rude when I called to ask about wait times. IMO the drivers (some of the nicest cab drivers I’ve ever had) are missing out on fares because of the indignant conduct of the dispatch office. Taking my fares to country cabs.

Horrible company. I get Picked up in a busted cab, which breaks down on the side of the highway. I was half an hour late, I was left in a car without ac after leaving dialysis. NoZero compensation for being negligent and not servicing the vehicles.Edit** I was called told the driver would come back to refund half my trip after I left a review.The driver came back, told me he can’t refund me and the company would call me immediately.The company has not called, and is not picking up the phone.Things happen, but how a company handles those things is what separates the professional from the not. Very disappointed0/5

Reviewer right below me said this place is permanently closed. That's false information. I've just checked today by calling them (needed a taxi to the airport today).

Had to make a trip to the emergency room on a Saturday night. The dispacher and drivers were very kind and got me there very quickly. Awesome job guys! Thank you so much for your help ❤️ !

Duncan taxi, as I've noted previously with Eco taxi in Penticton. The are prompt to the scheduled time you arrange for pick up. They are efficient as in they know the proper route to take to get you to your destination, they have comparable rates with the local competition. Highly recommend if you have any appointments or need an efficient taxi service..... These are the guys you want to contact....

Typical horrible small town taxi. The cars are in terrible shape and reek of cigarettes, the drivers have their seatbelts buckled but tucked behind the seat back, you never know if they will actually pick you up or not…Please , we desperately need Uber…

The company is not too bad, it is like other cab coverage. They can be a little slow to arrive but most of the drivers are polite and helpful.
