We're in a snowstorm and they only removed the snow literally at 10:20 pm on Thursday. There's no way to contact someone when you call their number. You can only leave a voicemail or press numbers to signal that you moved your cars or that the city removed the snow from your street. What are we even paying for? It's not the first time they disappoint us this winter. I'm sure everyone from my street would love to get a refund and won't be using Rick's again.

Please do not hire this company!! The driver broke our retaining wall and we have it on camera. Called the company, they said they will fix it in spring. Writing this review in summer as they refuse to answer our call or repair our broken wall. I’m surprised there are any good reviews for this company which clearly shouldn’t be in the snow removal business seeing how irresponsible and callous the people in charge are!

Today was another snowstorm and Rick's didn't pass on my street even though my whole street is with them. I saw two other snow removal companies pass on my street and take care of my neighbors. Why is Rick's not providing the service we paid for? Rick's is very unprofessional and has the worst snow removal services I've ever seen. I kept calling them today to tell them to pass and they didn't show up despite all the calls.

This company is horrible. The people on the phone are extremely rude they speak badly about clients while still on the phone they even hang up on clients, it happened to me twice today. They do a horrible job cleaning the parking lots of buildings. My parking lot is never properly cleaned if there is still cars they just clean behind them and leave huge piles of snow. My car got stuck this morning due to it. That’s if they even pass. I can count easily on one hand the amount of times they have been to my condo this winter. Like previously mentioned in other reviews 1star is even too much and too nice they don’t even deserve 1star. There is a reason as to why their reviews are as poor as they are. Do not use this company there is a huge lack of customer service and respect for customers.

What is up with Rick's?? Last year my driveway and walk-way were cleaned in a timely fashion. You could phone and get a pleasant individual to take your call. This year it is a fiasco!! Driveway cleaning half done, walk-way never done (see photo). Is Rick's now owned by SylJack? Anybody have a good snow removal company to recommend?

It all depends on the driver they hire.. this year.. and last. not good work at all.The one great thing I will say, this year when youcall the tractor is there in a reasonable amount of time. If only the job was done well and not half-axx

Incredible service, last year the city passed to deice the streets, left chunks of ice, called Rick's, they came in the hour to clean our entrances while no other company showed up for their clients. Each storm we had this year, I've seen them twice or three times coming to clean our driveways. Nice to not worry if or when they will come. Extremely pleased with their service, year after year.

I paid 230$ for my walkway cleaning and they have never showed up to clean. I called numerous times, e-mails. They just ignore your request and never get back to you. They won't refund me either. Its not in their policy. I have reported them to Office de la protection du consommateur". Their walkway contract is a Big Scam."

Last night and today, there was a snowstorm, at least 25cm of snow fell. They never came to clean today, even after the storm ended. I am writing this on 10pm. I called them a dozen times. Not a single driveway with Rick's on my street was cleaned. All my neighbors' cars are parked on the street, waiting for them to show up. We can't park in our driveway because of the accumulation of snow. And we can't park on the street at night (city bylaws). What are we supposed to do?Update : they cleaned it around 10:30pm.We were faced with another snowstorm in February and this time they only came once during the day, before the city's snow plowers passed by and covered our driveway with 30cm of snow. As of midnight, they never showed up and the cars are parked on the streets.

All last year, the driver would exit the driveway to the right leaving a mound of snow covering 1/4 of the exit to the driveway. That became ice and it was difficult to exit for the car on the right. This year, I reported it immediately and was told it was fixed. The next day (it took 24 hours for them to return, everyone had cars on the street and he did it again. Called again, and they cannot contact the driver and I was told the snow was removed. Very poor service.Yesterday I stopped the driver and explained to him. He fixed it. Today it is worse and he only did one half of my driveway on the left.
