Just purchased a new Ram 1500 pickup from Scott Butcher. Scott was very easy to get along with and answered all my questions. He even found me a better deal than the one I was going to buy. Numerous times we have brought our truck to the dealership and have nothing but problems. Their service staff are not pleasant to speak with or deal with. They never notify their customers about delays or when the vehicle is ready for pick up. We will be taking our truck to another dealership moving forward. Not happy at all. Please work on your customer service etiquette. This will go a long way.

Back in October 2022, We bought a Vehicle from Demeyere Chrysler. We currently live in Alberta and purchase a Ram 1500 from this dealership. Sales Rep Mike made this process easy; he sent us a video and kept us updated while the Truck was in service/inspection. The day we landed in Ontario, he had the Truck ready for us. The Truck was registered, and we had to do was sign papers. we drove the truck back to Alberta without any issue. I definitely will buy from them again.
