Went to park outback next to karma tattoo for my tattoo appointment and presumably the owner drove up and honked at me until I moved out of the spot. He barely gave me room to back out and just kept honking. There is not a single sign that says reserved parking. This guy is just stupidly entitled. I could have been a possible customer but his rudeness would have turned me away. Gross

My friend and I purchased the Tenga Black strong edition with vibrations from HP ADULT STORE on 20th of May after compared with the other stores in Metrotown area. It is so good!!! Store will price match. Competitive prices for all products. Looking forward to purchasing another toy in this store. Many to choose from. Friendly service and informative on products. Strongly recommend !!!

There's NO price tag on almost every product, everything is triple-overpriced than from other retail stores online. They do not have a website. THEY DON'T SCAN THE BARCORE TO SELL EITHER. The owner tells price slightly differently if you ask twice. There is no description on the receipt. EVERYTHING LOOKS YELLOWISH AND SKETCHY AF.

Worst experience ever. They sold me toy which was broken after one time use.Supervisor Fred Asian guy said it was factory fault. No money back, no replacement, no apologizing, no other offers for the same price.
