First time customer/calling in. Didn’t have what I was looking for but immediately said they’d start working on finding it, and calling back to confirm if they can. Honestly I’ll come to the shop just because of the zero hesitation in helping a potential customer, regardless of whether or not they end up finding what I need. Thank you! This is getting rare!
