I needed a scrap car removed from my yard. I called A&M and I was able to arrange a pick up time the same day. The service was professional and friendly. Sam even gave me a great offer for another old truck in my yard. I would recommend this company!

Use someone else. I didn't expect amazing 5 star customer service from a tow company but holy crap this was bad. Pretty difficult and rude to talk to on the phone. Said they couldn't pick up my scrap car until 8 hours later and would call 2 hours before that. No call, no show. Only offered a free tow because it's so far away". Ended up using another company

Horrible service. They said they couldn't grab my car till the day after I called and had a time set, when I called the next day to confirm they acted as though it was a new appointment. I called 15 minutes after they were supposed to be here and they had said they were running late and would be another 15 minutes. I waited an hour and finally called another towing company. I called this one back and told them I didn't want their service. The guy swore at me and hung up.
