I just wanna say that the technician Jeff was very friendly & polite both on the phone & in person. I had a 3-5 appointment time & he was calling me by 1:30 to say he was on the way. He assessed the problem & even found another issue with the cables & pointed it out to me & took care of it. In no time he had the cables fixed & the torsion spring replaced which was the original problem. For the time & aggravation it would have taken me to find the correct parts & try to figure out how to do it myself it was well worth the $280 to have it taken care the right way the 1st time. Thank you so much for the politeness & prompt service. I would definitely refer your company to anyone who would need any garage door repairs.

Both of my garage door torsion springs broke. I right away tried searching for them at Lowe's and Home Depot but neither carries them in stock. After finding them on Amazon and adding up the next day shipping along with time and inconvenience I decided to call around and see what prices were like to have someone else fix the problem. I chose this company because I like to know the price up front and the customer service representative was very knowledgeable. The repair guy showed up on time, accessed the problem and went straight to work. My garage door now opens and closes perfectly. Thank you!
