I waited over a month for an estimate on my cube van called 3 times to get an update after 3 calls and the guy on the phone started saying I was rude when I wasn't.. just that attitude from him feeling insulted knew the type of service I was going to get so I decided to avoid this shop all together from the poor customer service of a basic estimate.

Great and friendly service. Highly competent troubleshooting and problem diagnosis.

Very disappointed. Will not return there. I needed my motorhome inspected pre-sale. I had called few places and at the Casselman J.P. service station I was given the best quote - $200-$300. So I booked my appointment. First issue started when the inspection was delayed by a day and second when I was hit with a bill for almost $600 because they did a full inspection without asking me. Very disappointed, do not recommend.

Was honest enough to tell me he was swamped and directed elsewhere.. much respect

I visited the business for the first time to repair my brakes. I brought my roters and brake pads. The store manager was not happy that i brought my parts. In the course of the repairs i got a call that the brake caliper is shot and the cost of the brake caliper wind up costing me more that the entire parts purchased. I had requested that the left headlight bulb be changed. I got charged for it and the bulb was not changed. I had to sit and wait for an hour while they did the replacement. I work from home it was my break period i lost money at work and it cost me more money to repair my car. I have four cars and this was my first visit to the store and i will not recommend this business to a friend or family.

This was my first time trying out this mechanic in casselman since i've been living here for only a short time. I habe made the appointment in person and their service was proffessional and friendly they did not try to over price me on useless thing like dsome business do. They did the work quick and aaccomodated me by picking up and dropping off my car.

Had excellent service here. Needed an alignment asap after installing a lift kit on my truck. This place said no problem we can help you out! We had called over 15 places they all had no way of helping me out before December. Brought my truck on Sunday, and by Monday lunchtime it was ready. Truck is good as new. We will be coming back here for sure!
