Riverview Honda

Looking to buy a new vehicle. New ownership has ADDED ON ridiculous items to the final invoice. I'll buy at a different dealer...big money grab with hidden fees. Further to this, once again, trade in value by Used Car Manager is insulting.UPDATE: Went to a different dealer the next day and purchased a new car of similar value and quality. $3500 more for my trade and zero foolish fees!!Shameful.Staff is great though on servicing my two current Hondas. Would welcome.the opportunity to discuss with new ownership.

Craig Buchanan was wonderful and provided exceptional service ans patience. The overall experience and purpose for my visit was extremely frustrating and to have had to make 2 visits for issue with my brand new car less than 6 months old. Not what I expected when it comes to reliability however Craig was compassionate and offered all he could to ensure i was looked after. He went above and beyond to look after making sure i had means to get my kids from school and kept me informed in the process. Craig even called me the next day to follow up and make sure everything was still ok with my car. Thank you Craig, your service is a great asset to this dealership!

Had a great experience at Honda today having my tires changed. The staff that greeted me were kind and professional. I got to wait in a very comfortable area while my tires were being changed. Service was quick and everything went very well. The staff were 5+ Stars!! I had a good experience

Kris Letourneau was amazing to deal with. Went from seeing me outside looking at the used cars to helping me find something in my correct price range. He made me feel like he was actually trying to help me find something that I wanted by actually listening to me and what I wanted and suited my needs. The whole team that I had dealt with in my time finding my new car was so delightful and all wanted what was best for me. Highly recommend going to see the team at Riverview Honda.

Employees at the service desk are always helpful, Brenda especially, she knows what she's talking about and almost always right on point. She always asks what happened to the vehicle and she can tell you that it sounds like this is what's going on with your car, and surely it's what she said it could be. And if she's not sure she'll tell you, we'll a mechanic will look at it. Sales guys are so awesome, always helpful and enthusiastic I would say.
