I've know a few friends now that have had nothing but cancellations, attitude, and misdiagnosis. Cancellations and a bad attitude are one thing, but misdiagnosing on top of it, and with dire consequences, isn't ok. I haven't personally been there in over 10 years, and generally wouldn't say anything because of that, but I believe exercising at least a little caution when going here would be the best idea and the other reviews do not reflect this.

Went in to have my cat, best friend, and constant companion of 18 years put to sleep and the staff were very compassionate and efficient.The vet could see how much I was hurting and expressed genuine empathy as he did the job quickly, and didn't hang around offering false platitudes.An excellent establishment.

Thank you for being so kind to my kitty (Le Chet) and showing her love and giving her pets in her final moments. They have put down most of my family's animals and have always been kind and even giving us her paw prints to keep forever.

One of best Vets I've dealt with, my baby girl Darla cracked a nail at the base of her toe.. I thought for sure it would be a an arm and leg as this is not my regular vet.. Extremely reasonably.. I will definitely take my babies back there anytime I can't make my regular vet.. Might just switch they are so close to where we just bought our home..

Honestly such a wonderful, very happy and welcoming team! They were great with my cat, and answering all of my questions. Deb has always been amazing with all of my animals so when I found she was now in wainwright I had zero hesitation with booking my cat to get spayed it's a bit of a further trip for me but knowing my animal is in good hands is worth the extra drive.

Not a client but my daughter's dog was, shes spent and spent trying to get a proper diagnosis but to no avail. Each time just given meds to try see what happens. Well took her to my vet the bladder cancer she pills she was give were slowly killing her bleeding internally now has renal failure. In my opinion take ur loved pet anywhere but here unless all you need is to test the pill of the month out.

They fit my cat in for an appointment next day which was perfect. Doctor and staff were very friendly and caring. I felt at ease bringing my small animal to their clinic. My cat got a quick needle that I don't think she even noticed.

Highly recommend this clinic! The girls are all amazing and Dr Judy is the best!!!!! You can tell they all love working with animals. Whether it's a regular check up, a lump or test results, Dr Judy always explains everything in great detail so you can understand exactly what's going on with your pet. Over the years I have gotten calls from them after appointments/surgery to check on how my dogs are doing and to see if I need anything!!! I am extremely happy with the service and that they always do what's best for my dogs health.
