I absolutely love this place! They always check in with you and keep you informed as to what needs to be done, or what can wait. They always do an amazing job and they don't take you for all your money! They are a beautiful family business that makes you feel like family. I recommend 100! I will never take my car back to the dealership again.

Charles & his entire team @ Tops Auto Repair are absolutely AWESOME!!! I have had some recent extensive work done to my 2004 Monte Carlo Intimidator due to its age. Tops Auto has done a miraculous job and the car is running better than ever!!! Charles has been there through the complete process answering any questions & explaining in full detail if the repair can wait, what's causing it, and if it should be done in the near future or immediately. I don't trust many mechanics anymore but I always feel like TOPS knows their stuff and are trustworthy. The staff is always friendly, prices are completely reasonable, and service has always been good. Best auto shop in town!

Excellent shop to take your vehicles to. Trusty mechanics. Very friendly and knowledgable. They know our vehicles and who we are when we call. Easy to work with and resonable prices. They will not complete work that does not need to be done!!! However they are very informative on what will need to be completed and when.

Every member of the Tops team is amazing. They are professional, courteous, honest & trustworthy. We bring all of our vehicles here to be serviced, and our adult children do as well. My daughters did not feel comfortable at other repair shops, but the staff at Tops take the time to clearly explain any issues. I highly recommend this business!

They are gebbeat! I've only been a handful of times and they know me by name. They know there stuff and don't over charge. They will always be my go-to people for anything car related.

Was recommended by a local machine shop and they did not disappoint. The name fits because they got my '86 F150 running like a top. I highly recommend for work on older vehicles. They provided me with updates and made me feel welcome. The price is right as well. I came from Summerland and will have no problem doing it again as they have gained a new customer.

I went here for an out of province inspection. These are great people offering great service! They were very reasonable and very thorough on safety checks. Little things were tuned up and they had no issue with me wanting to do some repairs myself with no re-inspection fee! Thank you Tops Auto for being awesome! :)

I couldn’t recommend Tops Auto more! They have always treated me very well and been extremely honest with what needs to be done and are reasonably priced. I took my 98 pathfinder there for a power issue. It know nothing about cars so when I was told upon pickup I owed $58 I was floored. I was ready to pay whatever they asked for. My SUV had never performed better since leaving Tops.
