I don’t understand why this clinic has such high reviews. From doctor to reception, their incompetence baffles me.Doctor has no idea what he’s doing. He’s not detailed, he doesn’t care, he is truly clueless in his care.My partner has been dealing with an issue for close to a year and came to this clinic bc our old clinic was terrible. Not much improvement here as the only thing the doctor did was to send us to a specialist who didn’t care either. He never has a care plan, nor does he have any answers, nor can he admit he doesn’t know what’s going on and send the patient to get another opinion for their own good. All he does is gaslight the patients to undermine their symptoms and vaguely give you lukewarm excuses-for-answers.Their reception also seem to have a constantly malfunctioning phone that just magically picks up whenever someone wants to, without any predictablility.

Fast professional clinic, its match me, a mother with 2 kids, not wasting my time, the wait time approximately 5 to 10 minute only, the nurse active send back email Appointment, this is very important as reminded as well give peace of mind to me , you guys rock, keep it up

I called the clinic to follow up on a a referral Dr. M Ameer Khan was supposed to have made for me. They tell me he has moved and they don't know to where. I should find another family doctor or try to track him down... what happened to my family's files? What a strange situation.

The doctor has NO RESPECT for his patient’s time. First was late for his appointment. Ask me to come back. I came back 10 minutes after they called me. After waiting for another 10 minutes and they ask me to come back again because the doctor has another appointment someplace else. I get the message and will start looking for a new doctor.

Dr khan was hands down the best doctor i have ever visited. I was sorry to hear that he left. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic to date.

Waited an hour for a virtual visit that lasted less than two minutes. The Dr asked maybe 5 questions and didn’t let me finish any of my answers then sent me away with an inhaler that made my symptoms worse. I get that things are busy but at least take the time to listen to your patients and try to get it right.

From the main page on their website it is not clear that this is a tele-medicine clinic. As in you only get to video call a doctor. When I visited their cable internet was down and the nurse needed to stay in the room with me the entire visit and use her iphone to facetime the doctor. 1 star goes to the nurse who was very pleasant to deal with however she did all the talking in the appt, even then the connection was terrible. I did not get the ask the doctor 1 single question and at the end of all of this he did not prescribe the medicine I requested and the nurse had to call him back to do another prescription. Would Not recommend.

Literally my worst experience ever.. They want to charge me a second time just informing me my lab result. The lab request was made from my first visit which I paid for. They keep telling me my ohip number is wrong which I double checked with ServiceOntario. And they are like there are nothing they can do. May I just please know my lab result instead of having to go through this nightmare?

Surprised to see so many negative feedbacks about this clinic. Not sure about other doctors, but Dr. Mohammed Khan was exceptional from the very first visit. He always listens to all of my symptoms/concerns carefully and takes detailed notes. He helped me to identify and prevent some health issues for me earlier on that could have had pretty bad consequences for me in the long term. Amazing guy and amazing Doctor!

This doctor is very unprofessional, I seriously recommend anyone who goes here to don’t. He doesn’t follow any medial guidelines. And even invades your personal space by asking personal question that have nothing to do with why you came in for.
