Terrible... my medicine wasn't there, I had to wait to be delivered even I paid for it 5 days before. Bring your own medication, as you will pay cheaper at pharmacy then the amount they pharmacy will charge. I waited for 4 hours for medicine to arrive... I am not going back ever again... I was told that these heroes of ours will make sure medicine is there once I arrive...

My mother has been a client since 2011. While most of the caregivers are helpful the administration and scheduling is awful. Since January it's gone from bad to worse. Anyone with a parent with special needs will have to advocate on their behalf over and over again.

One in 10 care about the people. Most who show up do the bare minimum and show no actual care for the patient or their long-term well being.

Good care is provided, but PSW's are way underpaid, most of the hourly rate goes to management level, the PSW's caring for the elderly, on their own at all hours of the day make barely enough to live on. Very unappreciated by the company and an insulting rate of pay for those providing the care.

I worked for bayshore, and they terminated me for no reason, very very disappointed by this employer, have no courage to listen to their employees..

The only reason I didn't give 1 star rating is because a) I'm rating the company as a whole (not just nurses) and b) I will account for some of the nurses for bayshore who ARE fantastic. Always a few good nurses that put on a good attitude and work hard to be friendly, kind, and work hard to do a good, clean job without prying too much into our personal lives but do their best to be as helpful as possible, including my wife's case managers at each agency. They are the kind of nurses who you can tell were just meant for the job.Not all of them are so great though. My wife and I have had really really extensive experience with multiple home nursing agencies and they're all the same. Bayshore as a company is no different. There's always quite a few who don't care, only think of patients as numbers and can't wait to just get the job done"

I have an open wound that needs to be packed every day. My regular nurse during the week is concerned about it to the point where she requested it be looked at by a wound care specialist. I have been waiting around all day today, Sunday for it to be repacked and re-bandaged as per instructions by my surgeon, and I am told that the weekend nurse yesterday, who has seen me this one time only, suggested it only needed changing every other day, and I am only finding out about it now. No one bothers to tell me, nor do they follow the instructions of my surgeon.Is this so they can book off weekends? Or is this a scam to charge for visits not done? I am being told that a nurse can make such a recommendation, contrary to my doctor's orders, and my regular nurse's concern where she made a recommendation for a wound care specialist.

Compassionate home health care professionals. We used their services when my mother was recovering from a surgery and we have no complains, the nurse was very caring, on time and showed interest and love for the job she does, which result in an excellent service for us. Thank you Bayshore Home Health Care.

Client for more than 7 years. My team (that Bayshore put together) are the best around. Have spoken to many other paraplegics who require continuing home care and most have complaints about their PSW's or their Home Care Provider. Bayshore is great, and more than times than not gets it right.
