Looking for a burger? I recommend this place! Might look q bit pricey but totally worths it. The burger has a huge ratio of meat vs other stuff and the meat was well prepared. The staff were super friendly and we will definitely be back.

We have purchased meat here for years living in Kitsilano and I walked by and noticed they'd morphed into a half butcher/half restaurant the other day and my husband and I decided to try it out on an impromptu date night, and it was FANTASTIC!Incredible service, perfect people watching, adorable street patio and obviously amazing food!The butcher has been there for 109 years, I hope the restaurant lasts another 100!

Sat down in their patio for a quick lunch while waiting for my wife. Did not expect much but I think I may have had the best chicken schnitzel sandwich in Vancouver.it was also massive and on their happy hour menu. When my wife got there, I made her get one too cause it was soon good.If you go here, try the chicken Schnitzel sandwich!They also have a few good beers on tap, however, it would be nice to get a Heff on tap with the summer starting. Servers are quite nice and service is fast.

Jackson's Meat & Deli, is an amazing shop with excellent customer service. They have great selection of meats, frozen items and pantry products throughout the store! They carry our locally produced Grandpa J’s Seasoning Salt and our Greko Lemon Roast Potatoe Seasoning!! Make sure you check out the amazing Resto-Butcher! We stopped by to get sausages and the butcher area was closed. We came in to eat in their new dining area. Sausage sampler was so delicious! Sauces on the side were amazing. Great service and drinks! We will definitely be back again!

Really nice atmosphere. The outdoor dining was great. Excellent customer service. Food was great - I had a chicken schnitzel sandwich. The chicken was really juicy and the fries were so fresh and crispy.

Low-key the best spot in Kits. Amazing selection of goods in the back and an awesome little resto bar up front.Staff are all great, particularly Whitney who, after working a decade in hospitality myself, I can say is one of the greatest industry professionals I've come across.Excellent food & drink, competitive prices. Can't complain!If you're in the area, check it out.

Casual and comforting! And meaty. Lots and lots of meat. We tried the Jackson burger and braised short rib plate. A bit on the pricier side for the portions but tasty. I wish the short rib plate came with more vegetables aside from the mushrooms.Pretty popular place, we had to wait for seating but they called us when our table was ready which was nice.Service was friendly! We'll definitely be back.

After going to 4 other shops searching for a bone-in ham today (probably not the best idea at noon on NYE haha) I decided to call Jackson's on 4th. A super pleasant lady answered and told me that they in fact did have lots in stock. Upon arrival I was worried because I only saw 1 huge ham (probably good for more than 20 people). Lucky for me, the gentleman who helped me (I think it was the owner) was so kind and cut off the perfect size for me. He proceeded to help me remove the rind and even gave me tips on how to cook the ham, since I mentioned I've never cooked one before. He suggested I put cloves in, and I asked if he had any (so that I could purchase it). He went into the back, put a handful into a plastic bag, but when he rung me up he didnt charge me. I tried to pay for them, but he wouldn't let me and just said he's just happy that I was there!".Circling the city for 2 hours looking for a ham was worth it if it meant I ended up at Jackson's Meat.Just wow. This will now be my go to meat shop. The meat looks great
