I am not a review person! But would like say something for this clinic staff, they are just like you see in their responses for reviews! For any bad review they don’t even bother to respond! That is exactly how they are- they don’t bother at all about any thing! They would book your appointment and will easily blame on you for not remembering correct dates, I show up and there was no doctor. One thing I don’t understand is, how they book me in for 6:30 appointment when their clinic closes at 6pm and they lock their doors by 6pm?Anyway, I know typing this review is a complete waste of my time! But hey! I would have appreciated a call from you, if your doctor was leaving early for the day and could not see me that day!

don’t even bother making an appointment as you will be waiting OVER an hour anyways for anyone to see you. My kids were god awful & they watched them gain very short patience & I’m VERY clearly struggling with them. I just needed a simple form filled out for dental work. Truly will never come here ever again. God awful!!!!!! I made an appointment to be seen in a timely manner if I was willing to wait over an hour with my hell bent toddlers in a doctors office I would have done any random walk in clinic.

Finally found a family doctor close to where I live. He is very proficient and understanding. My pain specialist also is in the same practice, so it's great having both in the same location. I appreciate them both for fitting me in.

I originally had great things to say about Dr Gabriel but after my multiple visits he hasn't helped me fix any of my issues. Just constantly trying to give me meds and home remedies that don't work

I debated on writing this review because I know nothing will be done to rectify this issue and secondly I really wanted to take time to calm down.If you can avoid coming to this clinic please do so. I really wanted to use this clinic for my family since it's a few blocks from my house. I had initially be warned about this clinic and doctors but I honestly tried giving them a chance. My mum who is a visitor and a visitor and paying patient came to this clinic. After some x-rays and blood tests, she was referred to do some pain management injections. I had come in and we paid for the visit to see Dr Gabriel so that he could give us a requisitions. While writing this requisition I expressed to the Dr that it needed to specify what type of injection and to make it a standing order and he brushed me off saying it was okay even though on the requisition it states to indicate the type of injection. After booking an appointment for mum at diagnostic clinic, the day of appointment they could not accept the requisition. They said Dr didn't indicate what injection to be done. My mum was in so much pain and got turned away. I asked for the Dr to fix it but I was told I needed to come in clinic for this to happen. The day of them fixing the requisition it only took less than 5mins to do so and I left. They called me saying I need to pay for the visit. I asked them how I am being made to pay for an error they were supposed to fix and they told me it took Dr's appointment time to write me another requisition.. I told them that wasn't fair and I shouldn't be made to pay and they threatened me saying if I didn't pay, Dr Gabriel will never see us again and drop us as patients. So I went back to the clinic to try and talk to Dr Gabriel directly. They made me sit for 45mins only to tell me he won't talk to me. This is how they treat patients. Very unethical, not empathetic and creating a money grabbing scheme. Also extremely manipulative. Take your healthcare concerns elsewhere

Worst service ever . I waited 2 hours and after 2 hours he just gave me 5 minutes and said sorry i have to attend next patient. It was very rude doc name is i think shahlby something

Went with my daughter. Dr Gabriel is very condescending. Response to whether he will call with results…”this is your issue so you need to do the work”

Do not see Dr. Uyirwoth, the doctor does not give any service and thinks of you as an inconvenience. Even for just a minor check up!Talk about a waste of a medical appointment.

I came to this clinic because they had evenings and weekends available. However, lately it's impossible to come in. Walk ins are non-existent anymore. Staff is rude when I call and insist I come in between 9-5 mon-fri when that's impossible in my profession. They refuse to accomodate and make it my problem when originally they had said I'd be a great fit because they offer a variety of availability. It's a constant fight to get any care here now. I'm not sure what happened but I'll be needing to switch doctors because this clinic doesn't have any accommodating working hours.
