I dropped by to get my car's tire pressure checked and a guy named Avery helped me out real quick. He even showed me the correct way to use a tire pressure gauge and gave me some expert advice on how to properly release air if I have to. Overall, each person I interacted with that day was quite professional. I'll likely be dropping by again in the future to get my car serviced!

Basically criminals-- I dropped my car off for an oil change and they called 20 minutes later saying that they noticed an issue with the front of the car and asked if I would like them to do an inspection for $55. I said yes and they called back in an hour saying that my ball joint was shot, my control arm wasn't working and they'd need to do a tire realignment after doing all that-- total cost $881. I said no and opted to take it to my local mechanic instead. He said that the ball joint could probably stand to be replaced, but there was nothing wrong with the control arm. He charged me $230 and had it done within an hour. Canadian Tire employees seem to be in the habit of finding problems that aren't there in order to drive up the amounts they can charge you-- I wouldn't be surprised if they worked on commission. 0/5 will never go there again.

Waited four hours to have four tires installed. Only to find out that two tires had white walls out and two tires had white walls in.

Customer service gets 5 stars. Returned my product just because it didn't fit.The auto center on the other hand gets 4. They did a great job on my tire but charged me to test the battery.Overall I would recommend but the guy did say the battery test would be free before hand.

This place is awesome did installation of my wipers professionally done feel much safer

A last minute tire emergency was made solvable by Rob (in the blue shirt Rob) in no time at all. I was able to get my car in, buy some tires and have them installed, all in one day!!Great team doing a great job.

Took my car for a general check up supposed to be 100 bucks or just over, I ended up paying $269 for an engine flush that my dealership did not recommend and I also got charged for a rust protection which I had it done when I bought my car and the dealership said it is supposed to be lifetime durable CRIMINALS for pushing stuff that my car did not need, a word of advice to everyone, dont go there just take it to your dealership its honestly cheaper than any other option at least they wont make stuff up at your dealership.

Our tire popped on the high way down the street from canadian tire with 3 children in the car. A gentlemen name Sheldon, picked my husband up and give him a ride to the canadian tire with in the 5mins the store closing. An employee at the mechanic shop name Alex with only a couple minutes to close took the broken tire off the rim and replace it with a new tire. God bless him with only minutes to spare before the store close. An impeccable service with an even more impeccable employee. God bless the two good Samaritans that we met today.

The website was not open and clear as to what was available while making suggestions. Somewhat deceiving and disappointing because I’d look for something, and it wouldn’t be present.I’d look for something by a different name, and the original thing would show, but not the new one…. Just frustrating to use unless you know exactly what they have. Then it’s useful, but in this case, they were quite frustrating to use.
