I was driving to work today on the north end of Hilliard st. Had a Berardi Bros employee that was coming off of Franklin Dr onto Hilliard at about 20km/h not even attempt to stop at the stop sign. I figure he didn't realize how close I was as I about T boned this guy. Laid the horn on him so I suggest you talk to your employees about professionalism in and out of the workplace, when operating a company vehicle especially. Your employees clearly can't drive so who knows what else they can't do. Would never entertain the idea of using your business for this reason. Have a good one.

I called Berardi Bros and 3 hours later they were onsite. Fixed issues with two toilets and he asked to check the third while he was there.Fast, professional and great followup. I had called a competitor and I still haven't gotten a call back yet.Next time I will call Berardi first.

Berardi's have looked after our new home as well as both our parents homes. They are very honest and quality oriented. I love the bathroom they recently completed for us in our basement. They took into account our style and timeline and were able to meet both. I feel comfortable leaving my home while they are there, they have a good crew who have been there a long time. Thank you Berardi's for always taking great care of us. Highly recommend!

Berardi Bros Plumbing & Repairs
I was not impressed with my experience with Berardi Bros Plumbing at all. After the initial meeting which was a Wednesday, I was told that they would give me a quote for my bathroom by Friday or Monday. It's been two weeks, and I still haven't heard from them. Very unprofessional, and needless to say, I decided to go with another company to renovate my bathroom.

My laundry tub tap system failed, leaving me to turn off my water main. (Not a nice position to be in!). Berardi Bros came to my rescue in a courteous, timely and professional manner!.
