If you want to pay hours and hours of delays, use Canadian Customs. This is hands down the worst broker I have ever had the displeasure using.

These people do not deserve to be in business!! Because of their incompetence, I have a huge bill with GST!! I paid every invoice on time, find out I owe the government,and then I get a invoice from their lawyers to pay them the same amount.They are clueless and apparently not on the hook for anything.If your looking for a Broker ,save yourself future headaches an pass right by this one!

I Have been working with them for many Years to arrange shipments from china, and for the customs work in Canada, Along with the transporting service.. Highly Recommend them. Julie and Matthew are a pleasure to work with

Stay away from these guys, they asked me for COD but they wanted cash payment wouldn’t except credit card payment. They wanted Email money transfer, I fired them after 6 hours delay on my shipment and hired a reparable company that except credit payment they got everything resolved in a few hours. If I could give a ( - ) rating I would rate -9 star

Unfortunately Canada Customs Brokers has changed dramatically over the past year or so. There was a time when Customer Service, communication and a long term working relationship held value. Today they seem to have forgotten who and how they got there. Email demands and only email communication seems to dictate the normality in business. This is a serious problem across wide variety of businesses and for one am pleased to say that we answer our phones at Mr. Billiard. We understand the meaning of customer service and that a second generation family run business for over 54 years can not survive on dictating or demanding from our customers. If this company is too continue then they must remember the fundamentals of Good Customer Service.

I have been using CCB since 2015 and would absolutely recommend them. I had no idea what I was doing when I started importing product from the the US and found CCB extremely helpful and professional. My products arrive each week without any issues and have never been held up at customs.
