HYUNDAI ILE-PERROT
The Check Engine light was on/flashing.Hyndai Chateaugay and Hyndai Hymus gave appointments in July and we were told NOT to drive the car.Hyndai Ile-perrot would not force their clients to go without a car for weeks and told us to bring it in.They did their scans and ordered the part.The car is drivable and the part will be recieved and installed in a few days.Thank you for the wonderful service.

Giving 1 star as i didn't even get to service my car. Made an appointment for an oil change here as my dealer's service is terrible and i heard very good things about Hyundai Ile Perrot. Well, showed up for my appt and waited and waited and waited in line to speak to the service person and give him my key. After 20+ min of waiting (only 2 people in line ahead of me) i left. I can only imagine how long i would have waited if i gave them my key. Lost a customer that would have been very easy to gain given my bad experiences at the previous dealer. Does Hyundai have any standards for their dealerships?

These guys are incredible, respectful, and polite, they will go out of their way to help you, and with a smile. It's like a big family everyone jumps in to make sure your experience is pleasurable. Between Patrick, Eric and Ralph i could not ask for more! These guys are top notch , they know their brand inside and out and made purchasing breeze. Walked in needing a car right away and just under 2hours later I drove out with a brand new 2023 Santa Fe. Well done boys!!!
