Update: Erika the manager yelled at me. Nick the owner was good...UNTIL he started yelling at me too. Not once did I raise my voice or disrespect him, I just stated how I 'thought' I was signing up with a reputable company but I guess I didn't. Then he proceeded to yell at me.The biggest hassle I've ever experienced with a company!They cancelled on my way to the course and couldn't offer another course in my area for over 2 months! Ridiculously confusing and time consuming rebooking process.Your better off going to St.John's

Just had the BLS class with Ksenia and learned a lot. Very informative and knows how to make the class fun and interactive so that you won't forget the information. Great instructor to take the class with!

I had the pleasure of learning Standard First Aid from Kirk. He was a fantastic instructor who was very well informed and managed the course flawlessly. He shared stories with us, was fairly laid back, and made us all feel comfortable. He offered accommodations where needed and also had us do a fun little ice breaker in the beginning which I enjoyed. I would highly recommend anyone to take the first aid courses with Heart2Heart, especially with Kirk! Thank you again. :)

My instructor is Ksenia for my BLS class and I enjoyed being her student. I appreciate how she focused on the application aspect of the course: teamwork, CPR, communication, leadership. Leaving her class, I am more confident with my skills and feel that I have a better understanding of the course.

Just finished my sfa training at the travelodge. Adnan was our instructor, he’s a very well balanced guy and always corrected our mistakes to ensure there was no confusion when it came down to an emergency. He answered our questions flawlessly, and was obviously educated on the subject. He never let the class get out of hand, and by the end of the class, we were all very comfortable with each other because of the atmosphere Adnan laid out. The course itself was I very interesting and Adnan taught us a few stats and facts that I would’ve never considered otherwise. Thanks Adnan, and thank you heart2heart.

Did my First Aid Instructor Course with Kirk - was amazing - he guided us very well through the course with knowledge and made the learning experience interactive and great, giving us the tools and confidence needed. Highly recommend this course for anyone who wants to teach First Aid and the instructor for this course or any course they offer. Will be taking more courses with him to further my knowledge.
