This store has one of those stenches that just hits you as you walk in. Eventually you get past it, but it continues to linger. Eventually you realize the stench is likely caused by the products, which are mostly plastics. The product selection is poor if you look for variety or classier touches.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store, at all.We purchased products from this store expecting them to be delivered on time, most of the product has still not arrived.To make matters worst, the management in this location doesn't care about service at all. They take no accountability for the delays and couldn't care at all.In order to get any updates, we have to proactively call, as they really don't care whatsoever. There is still no indication of when our product is going to arrive. Absolutely the worst service of any company I have ever experienced!Do not shop here!

This store is huge. Lots of neat little things you can use around the house. Staff didn't interact or greet its customers who walk in though which felt odd to me.

They have some unique and innovate solutions for common storage issues, prices are not bad, comparable to other stores such as Bed Bath & Beyond; Kitchen Stuff Plus etc. One thing I noticed when I entered the store is a strong smell of plastic – I assume because they sell a lot of plastic items, it was a bit of a turnoff but definitely not a deterrent.

Ugh this place is my bank account's worst nightmare. If you are an organization junkie, you won't be able to escape Solutions' deep reach into your organized soul. They have everything you can possibly think of and more that you haven't (a wooden tray for bubble baths that holds your book AND a glass of wine!)Be prepared: They are pricey -- this is no Dollarama. BUT the quality of the products match the price.Swooooooon.

I do not recommend the new closet system. I spent 2500 for install in 3 bedrooms. I was told it would be one week. It has been 2 months. The store never updates me. Worse, they scheduled the person to install it when most of one closet wasn't in (3 sets of drawers). This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I thought $2500 was a lot... but at 2 months and counting... ibthink I just want a refund and I will go find something else.

Some good ideas and products but very high prices and not as many neat gagets as they used to have. Only person in the store with 3 associates and not one asked me if I needed any help. Sadly, I won't be returning.

A great place to check out if you're looking to do some home organization.You can find anything from jewellery organizers, food storage containers to gift boxes to shelving systems and and a whole lot more.They have a decent selection of items with a good variety.
