Tried to use a gift card I had won. They said it had already been used. Came home called the number on the back of the card. They said no there is still the whole balance. I asked why when I used it they would say it had already been used…they said try another location. Very frustrated with the Immel location, they should know how to use their own systems better. Ended up paying out of pocket. I won’t be going back to use the gift card!

I went there once year ago then after Its my regular stop for general stuff. Its very clean ,very friendly staff, well organized .& yes since we are in this pandemic I try to select certain stpres to go. Five star to them

So poor customer serviceBroken pumpsUnfriendly cashier specially the female oneI went to get my car tank filled up, pressed button for one type of fuel but pump automatically turned to other type of fuel, upon asking cashier she said that it’s impossible and she won’t do anything to fix it. That was so rude. They have cameras to check if anything wrong happened, instead of looking into their fault and get to some solution she kept saying,” no, it’s not possible, You must have pressed that button”. Anyways if I’m wrong then check it out rather than just making wrong assumptions and insult your customer. So bad behaviour.

I like this Petro can. It has tap pumps which are fast. The connected 7-11 has two very friendly ladies on staff when I drop in.They have a great slurpie selection and the fried chicken is as good as anywhere.
