i think they are closed permanently now. they have signs up saying they are closed due to a power outage. it has been a few weeks and the lights are on but nobody is home which is a good metaphor for the service. i work nearby so on my way one morning i stopped here to grab some breakfast. i ordered a farmers wrap combo with an iced coffee but when i got to the window to pay they clarified that i had ordered an iced capp, no food just one drink. while i completed my order again at the window i heard someone i can only assume to be a manager or supervisor speaking rather rudely to the person ringing me up make sure you do it right this time" other put downs etc it made me feel bad and definitely uncomfortable as a customer seeing the staff being to spoken this way and it definitely shined some light at the source of the 25+ minute wait times reported in other reviews. after i paid and waited around for them to make the food i had ordered about 10 minutes ago they had only rung me up for a iced coffee and a wrap.. no hashbrown :( so i paid a little more and got a little less but i wasn't about to throw a fit and risk that manager freaking out at whoever took my order again. all in all i have only been here once and i don't think i'll go again

Very poor service, waited 30 minutes for a bagel belt, asked for mayo on it, when I finally got my order, I got a separate bagel with just mayo, so i got charged for a sdcond bagel and didnt know it at the time. While I was waiting, others were waiting way longer then me, some were 45 to 60 minutes for simple sandwiches, one was just a bottle of juice to be taken out of the fridge. Countless people seemed to come up to the counter and orders being wrong. Won't be going back, would urge people to stay away if there are any lineups at all, wife said she was waiting over 15 minutes in drive through for a box of tim bits. Something wrong there.

This is the worst Tims in the city. You can sit at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes without service. Everytime I go here after 7 they have all their machines turned off. If you want food, good luck. I’ve tried ordering multiple different items only to be told they don’t have it. One time I even asked “Do you have ANY food?” To which they simply said “no.”

I go to the Danny drive location a few times a week, and this location forgets/gives incorrect parts of the order probably a quarter of the time. I do not find the same issue at other nearby locations. Today my breakfast sandwich was missing cheese (the drive thru attendant even asked what kind of cheese I wanted so it's weird they left it off completely) and my partner's ice coffee was missing the sugar syrup. In the past they forgot food items like a donut or a drink. Usually whole items have only been missing or incorrect on larger orders like when people from my office do a coffee run, and these issues occur probably a quarter of the time for them. The service is usually pretty quick in the morning, and food is fresh, so if you go here just open up and check everything before you leave the store just in case.Edit: today they gave my dad this wet donut in a box (see photos). Supposed to be a chocolate dip. The donut isn't hot, the icing is just runny.

Excellent service but poor quantities. I would suggest better inventory management systems to ensure proper volumes are available to support your client base.Nice enough people; poor management.

Lovely new store. Clean and bright. Really like the NL stamp made out of wood on the front of the building. A little slow at times. Usually only when there’s a large crowd at Costco or 8-9:30.

This is our 3rd time in this location and I'm telling you every visit is a bad experience. At first, I want to give this location a chance but it's getting worst. Coffee has no taste more like water with cream. We ask for 10 assorted timbits and we got one flavor, chocolate I just can't believe it". Lastly

Do not recommend this Tim Hortons at all, very poorly staffed, employees do not seem to care at all or even listen to you. I frequently go here because I work close and my order is always wrong, one time they messed up my sandwich 5 times in one day and I wasn’t offered any type of compensation or even a refund. They also put 1 tiny piece of meat on your sandwiches that you can barely taste on an almost $9 sandwich. Very unimpressed with the service. DO BETTER.
