Amazing! I came in with pain in my foot, terrified to even touch the ground. 3 weeks after I can walk with no pain. I got my orthopedics made and while I was waiting for them I recieved immidiate solutions to ease the pain. Really worth the money. Stuff is super nice and doctor has best sense of humor. They all are making sure your visit is as plesant as possible and is Treating you like family. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Dr. Penn most certainly care about his patients. Before the assessment starts, he takes the time to get to know you and what you do for a living. He then goes on explaining the process and what to expect. I was made to feel very comfortable during our consultation session.The orthotics are custom hand molded, meaning it'll fit you perfectly. In addition to that, after you've had the pair for some time, there's a follow-up appointment to make sure it actually fits the way it should and that there are no discomfort. (If there is, which I didn't have any, Dr. Penn would make adjustments to make sure it's a proper fit.)I'm very happy with the pair that I got and certainly have noticed a huge improvement with my knee pain towards the end of the day.

I needed orthotics and this place was recommended to me. Making my initial and follow up appointments was easy. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. They took the time to really assess my needs and answer my questions. They really made me feel like a valued customer. When the time comes, I'll be going back for my replacements.
