Nord Sud Honda

I am giving one star because of false promise done by Marco. When I bought the car , there was problem with brakes. It was giving sound. He told me he will fixed it before delivery. Next day when I came to make payments sound was still coming from brakes, I informed him and he told me that it is coming because it is a new brake, It will go after sometime. I trusted him. But in my first servicing , I got to know that brake was almost failed and it was never repaired. Brake is really critical for car please don't play with human life for few dollars profit. Also there is scratch on the bumper, Marco told me he ordered pencil that will remove scratches and he will post it to me. I never get any pencil till date . Please refrain from false promises.

Alexandre is one of the most helpful sales agents I have had the pleasure of working with. He went well above and beyond the service level I am acustomed to, and is deserving of recognition for his dedication and hard work. Anything I needed during my search for a vehicle, Alexandre was there to help me, and promptly at that! Hats-off to him! They sold my daughter a car that needed new front breaks but told us they were at 40%. We complained the next day after driving it and brought the car in for a check up/repair. They insisted all was in good order and gave us back the car .We went to another garage and to have it checked again and the mechanic showed us the disks and pads. They were completely finished and rusted. Also, I must say the engine filter and air filter were absolutely disgustingly dirty.The car upon delivery wasn't even cleaned.My advice satay away.We are officially filling a complaint.We went there because we looked at the reviews and thought it was good but don't trust it.

its been a week since I've purchased my vehicle with them and so far very pleased. Great service from beginning to end. I just wish they had removed the decal sticker before I picked up the car especially considering I had asked but not a big deal. I recommend this dealership

Very satisfied!! Never felt more comfortable purchasing a vehicle. What a great experience ,very nice people from the beginning to the end. It’s really worth the drive from Montreal . Not one Honda dealership took the time to really help me and look for the vehicle we want it. And that’s 5 Honda dealers total . Only Nord Sud HONDA did that me. Like I said extremely happy customer.

Came to Montreal on a plane to buy a used car at Nord Sud and drive it back to Newfoundland, it is always hard to buy a vehicle sight unseen, but this car was in the shape as described. Marco was very helpful and even came in on his day off to sell me the car!(saturday). I drove all the way back to St. John's (2,450kms) with no issues! Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is I needed to do $550 worth of brake work to the car for it to pass local inspection, kind of wish that was picked up during Nord Sud's inspection. Overall good experience, love the car, and would buy here again. Very trustworthy salesmen.

Sales service is acceptable, although it doesn't really seem they want to really sell you a car and get you a good deal it's easy to tell they're in it for themselves. Along with the recent decline in quality of Honda vehicles - several recalls and numerous smaller problems on different, new, vehicles in the last few years - this is a very, very bad thing for the brand.The garage service is an atrocity. Prices are extremely high and service quality is mediocre, at best. Wait times are high, and they're very pushy when it comes to selling you extra things you don't need done.I bought a vehicle there some time ago, and I will not be going back to Honda - or this dealership. Very disappointed, as my family has been a long time client. The decline is vehicle quality and service has been clearly obvious, especially in the last year or so.The owner also owns other dealers in the province, while I cannot speak for their own quality or service, if this is the standard they go by... best to avoid them.

Very expensive compared to other garage to maintain your car. Service is good

My husband and I we purchased our CRV recently. I am thankful for Jonathan Hudon, the salesman, who accompanied us throughout all the process. He was patient and also manage to make the effort to speak English with my husband that doesn’t speaks French, so that we can both understand and be happy with our car. Had a great experience here. The employees were patient and knowledgeable. I also felt like I could trust the salespeople and that they were giving me honest information about the car I was interested in. Came away from the experience with a really great car for the best possible price (I can say that confidently after having spent months shopping around). I've had the car for about a month now and have no complaints! Was well worth the trip up from the city.
