Very attractive and neat store.

Came here to window shop, they had a nice selection this time. I was very pleased that the employee I asked to find me an item went the extra mile to call other stores when requested. Trinette was very polite and professional at the cash desk with customers and very kind when helping me out. Very nice employee to look for when you shop here.

Had to wait for 40 minutes to cash myself out.Because they can only keep two cash open at once.Even if you call manager (Trinelk)to complain, nobody’s going to show up.So good luck going there.Stupid customer service.

Yesterday around 6pm, I visited this location and got the worst service in the change room area. I was the only guest/customer in the change room and the guy at the desk was not only sitting and didn't bother to greet me, he was even on his phone. He briefly gestured with as little effort possible towards the change rooms and told me that I could take any room.While I was changing, I actually needed another size even though I came prepared with two sizes. Of course, no one checked on me and while I got ready to find another size myself, I could hear crystal clear his entire conversation on the phone. Not only was his phone on speaker but he was also talkingquite loudly.While walked away to get another size, I mentioned what I was doing to him, he still didn't bother to lift a finger.The lady on cash was nice though.

The last Sunday February 19, (3:00 p.m. approx) I was visiting the square one store, I wanted to buy a shirt, and when I went to pay for it, they told me that the price was different from the one on the promotion. When I wanted to speak to the supervisor, a rude young man with no experience in customer service told me that he was the supervisor, so I informed him that there was an error in the promotions and he haughtily and arrogantly replied that he could not do anything because of the error . This fact showed me that instead of being a supervisor, he is a rude young man, to which all I did was ask him for his name, which he told me was Daniel. So I left the store with a very bad impression of that young man and the customer service of H&M. An error in the prices can be accepted, but bad service from a rude young man Daniel" generates the loss of a customer and of course I will not recommend anyone to visit this store."

The employees were nice, very good customer service. My only complaint is the way clothing/items are organized (except for the baby section which was great). There was no grouping based on colour or style so I found it really frustrating having to visit every section searching for the pieces I was looking for (came in looking for loose wide-legged pants and sweaters). Please organize and group inventory so that it is easier for customers to find things.

Andre was amazing she was so helpful and kind never change and this beautiful goddess with long hair with a great soul and vibes. There was someone behind the counter that was a bit rude tho, but hopefully the colleagues can help.
