Purchased outdoor furniture last fall and placed it in storage. This speing we realized we had no instructions or screws etc. Enter Frank your AMAZING and supportive staff. With proof of purchase he pulled instructions and a bag of screws. You are so very lucky to have such a kind, thoughtful and resourceful employee.
